"Upon entering, everything was nice and in order. After looking around, we discovered that there was hair in the bathroom and the shower, the floor was dusty, and the linen was not cleaned. There were stains on the down comforter that was provided. The loft was straightened up, not cleaned. "The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Staff were extremely nice and accommodating to my family. Parking onsite was convenient and the central location made everything even more convenient to either walk places or having the subway station within a block walk to head to the stadium. Because of the central location, never had to move the car. Was perfectly between the Stadium, Fan Fest, and Liberty Bell. Would 100% recommend and stay here again."

"We stayed there for 6 nights. 2 major problems. 1) House keeping system was poor. At checkin, Front said the room will receive a full house keeping every 3-4th nights but they didn’t come, when we complained, the house keeping head said only when guest requests. We told her we did ask, she said “I don’t know what happened because I was off yesterday”, 2) At the checkout, front could not understand the invoice/receipt and explain unclear charged for the restaurant. "Very basic 2 bedroom apartment. Paint was peeling in the bathroom but clean. Kitchen was decently clean. Couch was comfortable enough for one night and a sheet and blanket was available"

"The room was spacious and clean. I think the staff was a little overwhelmed by the large soccer crowds in attendance. I requested an early check-in and was told “noted, should not be a problem” and when I arrived my room was not available. The public bathroom was a war zone. Like I said- I think they were a bit overwhelmed."

"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....
