Elegantly designed custom 2-story home in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Converse Heights, Spartanburg. Newly remodeled (completed in September 2018) cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 private full bathrooms and 2 living room areas. Meticulously designed and renovated by the Host. The cottage is only 2 blocks from Converse College, 20 minute walk to Downtown Spartanburg and 2 miles from the main shopping centers.

Free Easy Parking (up to 2 cars).

ABOUT THE SPACE
Award-winning Designer-style home for those with an eye for classical interior aestheticism. This 2-story professionally custom-built cottage includes 2 full bedrooms with 12-inch memory foam mattresses (cooling gel technology), private lounging areas with twin size bed, and wall mounted Smart TVs. Open floor concept hardwood applied to comfortably furnished living room. Cottage also includes 2 full bathrooms, one of which features sauna-like Brazilian wood shower flooring, while the other one features pebble stone shower flooring. Fully operative washer/dryer units in-house! And last but certainly not least, full-sized modern kitchen has been completely renovated, with professional cook range and slew of modern cooking amenities available for all your home-cheffing needs!

GUESTS ACCESS
You will have the entire cottage to yourself with full access to the provided amenities included in your nightly rate. Even though I live next door in a Tiny House you'll still have the privacy you deserved. But if you should need anything, just text me or knock on my door. I'd be happy to assist you.

This home was amazing! Everything was perfect. Leo was a great host, he communicated well and the extras were unexpected. The fridge was stocked with a variety of beverages, various creamers and even ice cream bars! The cappuccino machine was a hit with the wife and kids (they are adults) and I enjoyed the variety of K-cups provided! Leo provided a bunch of snacks and candy as well. We have stayed at many homes, Leo is the best host we’ve ever had. There is a great covered porch space to enjoy the outdoors without bugs or if it rains. Leo really thinks of everything, he has drawers full of items that you may need or forgot. I couldn’t recommend this home enough if you are in the area. Thank you Leo for a great stay! We will be back.

Luxury Stay in Spartanburg

This is a beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Leo was an outstanding host and provided numerous ammenities, including fresh flowers. The kitchen was well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. A wonderful stay and we'll definitely look forward to a return visit.

Cozy and well appointed cottage

This cottage is very creatively constructed with wonderful attention to detail and good taste. It is immaculately clean and organized and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think to need and lots of extra touches, like bedside chocolates, fresh flowers and reading materials. Parents weekend at Wofford

Leo always provides a great stay at his super cute house!! We love the lay out!! More amenities than a hotel for sure!!! Boujee coffee pot!! Super soft sheets!! Perfect place to stay while at Wofford as it is close to campus. Leo was nearby all weekend to answer any questions! We will definitely be back!

Clean comfy stay!

I traveled solo and stayed there for a business meeting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Very well decorated, stocked with needed supplies, and clean. Host was friendly and extended a friendly offer to help with anything I needed while there. I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem!

If you are ever in the Spartanburg area, you should rent this beautiful cottage! Our family recently stayed here while touring a college, and we were beyond pleased with this lovely home. Leo was an amazing host; he ensures your happiness from the beginning to the end of your trip. Additional Pros: House is very clean, well stocked, has everything you need! Home is located near all colleges, some you can walk to and others are a quick drive Near downtown but nestled in a quiet neighborhood Beautifully decorated and has everything you would have in the comfort of your own home. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

College drop off at Converse

The cottage was perfect! The location was right across from the school.. the neighborhood is beautiful! The cottage was fully equipped with snacks & beverages to get us unpacked before we hit the actual grocery store! Everything was well thought out and impeccable! We were able to move our daughter in all morning and made it back to the cottage to freshen up before the goodbye ceremony!
