"We didn't like the floorplan of the room. The vanity area outside of the toilet/shower room was too small and the vanity was too low. The door to the shower/toilet room opened inward so that it blocked the shower door. It was just all too small. The hallways outside the rooms were narrow and scratched up. The ceiling in the breakfast area needed repair, the paint was peeling off. The breakfast was marginal at best. The elevator was too small and hard to get a luggage cart in. We wouldn't...

The restaurant Cheyenne Crossing did try and charge me a fee to use my debit card, which is a federal offense. Different rules apply to charge card vs. debit cards. "On arrival parking was atrocious, directed to another lot, while it was hailing. Front desk clerk was not helpful at all, had a bit of an attitude and did not assist with assigning a proper room. The hotel appears newish. Half the rooms are on the busy highway, and windows do not block sound. My friend stayed in room on the old Main Street, and was woken by horses walking by at 530. In other words, do not expect a quiet room. The shower was lacking, it looked fancy but was not very good with...
