Bring the family and you will all enjoy the change of scenery. We have over 3000 feet of outdoor deck spaces (including the ROOFTOP PATIO), firepit (don't forget the smores), yard games and board games, kayaks and much more.

Come to relax, entertain and/or ski your heart out while enjoying this quiet, secluded location on Lake Sinclair. The sunset views from the large, covered back deck are the best on the lake. Further, sit atop the 1000 sqft rooftop patio and the aesthetic is simply unbeaten anywhere else on the lake.

This home is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Stainless steel range, double door refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as washer and dryer.

Three bedrooms with one king, one queen, and two twins. There are two full baths. Sofa in the living room has a queen sleeper.

The sitting room has a variety of games and reading materials.

Super sized deck has plenty of seating and a dining table. Seating area includes lights and ceiling fans. Full sized gas grill is available for all your entertaining needs.

Back yard has multi-level areas for play. Play corn hole down near the water on the lower level. Seawall lights ensure that fun doesn't have to end after the sun goes down.

Swimming! The swim dock is the biggest on the lake! Nearly 1000 sqft of swim dock that includes dock light, fishing light, rod holders, boat cleats and a table and chairs. Bring your boat and tie up for the weekend! Cosby's Boat landing is just 5 minutes away and island creek is known for the clearest water on Lake Sinclair.

There is a 1000+ sqft of upper deck space (rooftop patio) on top of the boat house. There are lounge chairs to sun bathe and a sitting area to enjoy the sunset. Bring your TV & roku/apple tv/fire stick and watch your favorite team while the sun sets. The wifi is strong and reaches the rooftop patio without issue. There is also a fire pit for cool evenings and of course for s'mores.

PET POLICY:
Your pets are welcome but you will be held responsible for any damage that they cause. We have had one or two pet owners that have not taken care of our home while they were visiting. Because of this we have had to tighten up our rules and enforce charges for damage and extra cleaning.

$50 pet fee PER dog (2 dog maximum). If you are bringing 2 dogs, please let us know and we will send you an updated invoice.

Please let us know what type of dog(s) you are bringing and the weight.

If your pet tends to get on furniture or beds, you must bring sheets or furniture covers from home to help protect the furniture. There will be additional fees charged for pet hair on any of the furniture (this is charged by our housekeeper because of the extra time to remove pet hair).

Do not allow your pets (or humans) to get on the furniture while they are wet.

Property was as described, clean, had everything we needed. Traveled with pets and yard and water area was great for them. Home had plenty of space. Location on the lake was very good, very quiet and peaceful. Porch area was nice, plenty of space to relax and a large table for eating. We enjoyed our stay.

Great lake getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this lake home! Great spot on the lake with gorgeous views. The home was comfy and had everything we needed but what we truly enjoyed the most was the rear covered porch, so large with tons of seating! We ate every meal on the porch, read, relaxed had great conversations and just soaked in that that view! The dock was great too, we rented a pontoon during our stay and it docked up perfectly! Darby was great, very responsive and helpful when needed. We stay on Sinclair often and this home definitely goes on our favorites list. We shall return! Thank you for everything.

Special spot

This property was perfect for our family. We were there for our nieces graduation. This was such a great spot, on the water, many special spits fir gathering together and in small groups (deck, patio, sitting rooms, etc). Five of us were guests and 2 more (locals) came for dinner etc.

GCSU Parents weekend

Went for a quick weekend to see our boys at GCSU. House was perfect. Well maintained, host thought of everything. Did some yoga on the top deck, watched football on the amazing porch and enjoyed the view of the lake. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful Scenery

This is a great place for a family to stay at as the house is a decent size and the floor plan was perfect for privacy when needed. My brother has a 3 year old so the location of the master bedroom was perfect where we didn’t even hear her at night. The property itself has a beautiful scenery of the lake and you have plenty of space. This is perfect for all ages as you go swimming and kayaking. (Property included a 2 seater and a single seater). It is also quiet and peaceful where my mother in law enjoyed reading her book. Most important the property is clean and the owner is great and responsive, she got back to me right away with any questions. I highly recommend staying here !!

Great Getaway

We have never stayed in the Sparta area usually Eatonton side of Lake Sinclair. We loved how quiet it was with less boat traffic. House was amazing and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again.

Lakehouse relaxation

The back of the house is the best part of this place! You walk out onto the back deck/porch and see the water and you are automatically relaxed. A beautiful place! I will stay again!

Lake House

This is a very nice getaway. We enjoyed staying on the lake for the wknd. The back porch was a relaxing place to grill, listen to music and enjoy the lake view. This lake house was well equipped, Very clean, comfy beds, and great parking for 2 boats and trucks :)

The house was so clean and organized, super easy to find anything. Fully stocked kitchen supplies and games were super helpful! The property manager was so quick to respond to any questions. There was also a list of nearby stores and restaurants that came in handy!

Weekend Getaway

The home was perfect and adorably decorated. Everything was clean and well stocked. The property was beautiful and included multiple decks to enjoy the incredible lake view. The cold nights were so enjoyable with the warm fire pit and clear night sky. We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving Stay

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. On the last day the owner even texted us and said that we could stay longer than the 10AM check out as the cleaning person would not be there until afternoon

What a peaceful, relaxing gem! The home was very, very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. The kitchen was well stocked There are lots of seating options outdoors. I can't say enough about the lake views...amazing! Miranda was a wonderful host and very attentive.

Family gathering at Lake Sinclair

We had a wonderful time on this trip! This house was perfect, with views of the lake from every bedroom. It also has a large covered porch overlooking the lake with lots of seating and dining space (and a grill). There are several docks for water access as well. This is a great place to get away from it all and unwind!

Wonderful & Cozy Stay with my Family!!

That house was so wonderful and cozy for my family to gather and stay in for Thanksgiving! My sister's family lives at the lake nearby! So, we won't have to drive a couple of hours back and forth where we live! Those beds were comfortable for us to sleep like baby! Very nice lake view! Our guys enjoyed fishing at the dock! Spacious kitchen for us to prep and cook Thanksgiving dishes for us to bring to my sister's lake house from that house! We would love to come back again! Thanks, Alison

Super peaceful

We had a wonderful weekend at the lake. Miranda was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The outside area is great. Love the porch, deck above the boathouse and the dock. by the water. We spent a lot of time on the dock by the water. Beautiful and super peaceful.
