Lake Fun

This was a beautiful and clean property with so much fun and amenities offered. It was very spacious and we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Great place

Great place to stay. Pics do not do this place justice, it’s beautiful and quiet. Owners are very nice. Would definitely stay again. Water is shallow great for kids.

The Lake House was very nice, it fit our family very well. We had enough room and everyone had their own space and privacy. Everything was just as it appeared online. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped and we used it quite frequently. The use of the kayaks and other water equipment was very much appreciated. Although, we didn't build a fire, we sat around this area many times and enjoyed it. Host was very nice and accommodating.

On the Lake

Clean and tidy, large 3 level house with all of the amenities. Our family, 8 of us, enjoyed the quite time and lake access. Large great room with kitchen, dining, and family room opening onto second story deck over looking the back yard and lake. Also a front deck the same size. Very nice!The host/owner was really helpful and attentive when needed.

Graduation weekend success!

We had a lot of family coming in for my daughter weekend and need extra space while still bringing close to our home. This property fit the bill perfectly. And while our needs were a stay-vacation oriented this property was absolutely beautiful and would be an amazing getaway for large group needs. Lots of room, great views of the lake and close to Milledgeville historic district.

Thanksgiving 2023

The home was just as described in the listing. Very quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed the beautiful Lake House. The property manager always promptly responded to my questions. The kids enjoyed the TV room. Enough room in driveway for four vehicles. We did not bring our boat. But my husband and grandkids enjoyed fishing off of the dock.

Wonderful Respite

The house is beautiful and always clean. This makes our second year in this house. We absolutely love it. The movie room is wonderful and there is plenty room for everyone to sleep. We have 12 adults and 2 kids. The trash being picked up was a wonderful addition this year. Also, we loved the new paint job. We love the white! Mrs. Shannon is the sweetest person to deal with. Thank you so much for the chance to rent again.

Labor Day weekend

We had 3 families for a total of 11 people. Everyone had plenty of space for sleeping and bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of room for meals. TV was great for UGA game. Plenty of parking space. No covered dock so we brought a 10x10 folding tent and hung out under that for the day. May not be a good place if you have a boat as the approach to the dock is very shallow. Was fine for our jetskis.

Absolutely awesome

The house was beautiful and it had an amazing view. You had everything there that we could need except the food we brought. You even had seasonings to cook with. I try to not use your stuff but it was awesome that it was there. The bed were comfortable and pretty. The hit was the movie room and the bean bag chairs. I guess the only glitch we had was finding the trash dump. We could not find one at the address on Carrs Station Road. Then we tried nearest recycling center and that was in Milledgeville and an actual recycling center not a dump. I'm sure I messed up somehow but that was our only trouble.

Lake Life!

Owner was on point with details about the house. The location was away from town, 20 minutes or more. The owner provided a list of the nearest country store, boat landing and other businesses that we could use for convenience of essential items. Because of the distance to town when you stay here, plan your trip and bring what you use from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with several pots pans baking dishes and bowls and plates and other kitchen essentials. Literally I can think of only one thing that was not provided was a lemon squeeze. I mentioned to the owner that we’re coffee drinkers so she had a full size coffee pot delivered! There is a grill and multiple propane tanks. We cooked every meal and never went out to eat. There were plenty of beds and everything was comfortable. Games were provided for the kids to play with. There is a small boat dock and the water is shallow but you can easily access and tie off. Overall it was a great place and I would stay again!

The kitchen has pretty much all you need. Love that it is a big open space with the kitchen. That is good so i don't miss anything while I'm cooking. The bedrooms are all nice. We love the movie room. The porches are all great!!!
