Villa de lujo de 5 dormitorios en zona tranquila, con piscina privada cerca de playas

Esta villa moderna tiene aire acondicionado, excepto donde se indique. Cuatro habitaciones tienen camas dobles, una de ellas tiene una individual adicional. El quinto dormitorio tiene una cama individual y no tiene aire acondicionado. (Hay camas de aire adicionales disponibles).
La planta baja, que es independiente, tiene un cuarto de baño con WC, cocina (con nevera), una cama individual y un futón / cama doble. Ideal para adolescentes u otros miembros de la familia que quieran un poco de privacidad. La planta baja no tiene aire acondicionado.
En el primer piso hay una sala de estar de planta abierta con cocina de última generación que ofrece vistas espectaculares de la costa.
Hay una gran terraza, perfecta para cenar al aire libre y TV LED vía satélite de 42 pulgadas con satélite búlgaro que incluye canales de noticias y deportes de Discovery y CNN.
También en el primer piso hay un cuarto de baño con ducha, lavadero y una habitación doble.
Arriba hay un dormitorio principal con baño en suite. Se abre a una gran terraza con vistas panorámicas al mar. Hay otra habitación doble con gran terraza y una habitación doble adicional con balcón y una habitación individual. Dos de las habitaciones dobles tienen camas individuales adicionales.
Todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, excepto la sala de estar del sótano y la pequeña habitación individual. Hay ventiladores en estas habitaciones.
2019 será la séptima temporada en que Villa Elysia está disponible para alquiler. Terminado en 2011, el jardín todavía está creciendo rápidamente en parte debido al sistema de riego automático.
La playa rocosa más cercana está a 100 metros, las playas de arena más cercanas son Apolonnia y Kavatsi, que están a 15 minutos a pie o puede tomar el tren de juguete que pasa cada hora. La playa de Harmanite en Sozopol está a 2 km (20 minutos a pie), nuevamente el tren de juguete lo llevará allí.
Dos excelentes restaurantes están a 5 minutos a pie de la villa, el restaurante de mariscos Chaika (Далян Чайка) y un restaurante de primera clase en el complejo cercano Anel Art.

Fantastic place to stay. Great amenities with lots of space, especially when you are a family of 4 of course. Pool was great used it every day and it's a good size for playing and swimming. Great location near Sozopol and away from any commercial premises so very quiet. Nearby restaurants at Art Complex Anel and Dalyan Chaika to save you from cooking all the time. Great hosts in Mitko and George who were great. Already planning to return next year!

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Elysia with our family! Rooms are spacious and very clean, the kitchen was fully functional and the endless seascape view was the perfect backdrop to our family nights! Would definitely return!

The house is beautiful and spacious and the location and view are stunning. Both the owner as well as the contact person in sozopol are very nice and approachable and help however they can, the communication was clear quick and friendly. The house has everything one needs and it was a great stay!

The Villa was perfect. Very spacious, clean, good air on and a beautiful clean swimming pool. The views over the sea are amazing. I would highly recommend this villa. Nice restaurant one minute walk away and a couple of bars. 5 min drive to beautiful beach. 5 stars from us

Dom fantastyczny. Spełnił wszelkie oczekiwania. Na żywo jeszcze lepszy niż na zdjęciach. Przy dużej grupie (12 osób) nie było ciasno. W domu wszelkie udogodnienia (kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, pralka, suszarka, deska do prasowania, żelazko, środki czystości itp.). Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Basen bardzo przyjmy, woda czysta. Widok z okna wspaniały. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Właściciel w pierwszym dniu udzielił niezbędnych i wyczerpujących informacji. Nie było potrzeby kolejnych kontaktów. Ludzie do obsługi domu (ogrodnik, człowiek od basenu) bardzo dyskretni. Dom polecam w 100%.

It’s a great property with a large pool and fantastic view. Air conditioning is great shower rooms spacious and everything works well. The area around the house lacks a bar or two but as 90% of the visitors seem to be Bulgarian maybe they don’t have the tendency to use one. Lovely old town in Sozopol it’s self with plenty of casual dining

Absolutely amazing

We were really impressed with the villa. Extremely clean, very well furnished and kitted out and in a lovely location. All windows and doors had built in mosquito nets too, so you could leave the doors and windows open without fear of uninvited guests entering! The pool is a great size. We stayed as a party of 7 and all easily fitted in the pool without a problem. A great view overlooking the sea is glorious. There is a self contained ground floor section with its own bedroom, bathroom, fridge and tumble drier. Excellent if you have a teen that wants their own space. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is a great size, with a balcony, bedroom and bathroom on this level too. Upstairs are a further 4 bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a central bathroom. Air con all round too if needed. Sozopol was lovely, a very nice area of Bulgaria that didn't feel touristy at all during May half term. We'd also highly recommend Restaurant Doctor in Sozopol old town for dinner. A special thanks to Mitko who came and met us in Sozopol when we couldn't find the villa when we arrived. He answered any questions we had about taxis and the local area. He was a true gentleman. We really couldn't find any fault here and would highly recommended to anyone booking.

Fantastic Villa With Amazing Views

This is our second stay in the area and this Villa didn’t disappoint. The property is well maintained and the team looking after it are very helpful,/polite and we’re there to help where needed even with advise on things to do in the locality. Lovely clean pool and the views from the terrace are simply amazing. The villa is located in a quiet area which suited us as we have young children with us. The main beach is just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants at either side of the villa and a small pebble beach to the right of the villa as you look about to sea. This is accessed through the restaurant and is great for snorkelling and is safe for kids. There’s a lovely small bar again to the right of the villa on the main road with great views out over the ocean. I would highly recommend a stay here and we with be back again.

Great place

Stayed here with my family of 4 children. We all loved it here. The villa has everything you need, the pool is crystal clear, outside areas well maintained and has good WiFi for the children and amazing views. Great communication, very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed. Just a word to the wise on hiring cars. We booked a 6 seater through Discover Cars, the car was a wreck which broke down and had done 250000kms. The replacement had the same mileage and barely made it. Burgas airport is not like western airports with many car hire companies based there. There are none, so it's hit and miss. I would recommend you speak to Elizabeth as car hire is available from the villa.

The stay at Villa Elysia July 2022

The property was fine. The pool was deep on both sides(1.7m - 2m) which creates an obstacle if you have little kids. The night lights inside the pool stopped working after day 1 and when I asked about it, I was told I have to fix it myself because the the guys in charge of the house live in Burgas and couldn't come out to fix it ( it's 30 miles from Sozopol). The view is spectacular but you have to drive to the nearest beach, because there is NO little train that comes by to pick you up and the nearest beach Apolonia is a good 2 miles away on a busy street, and we ended up going to the Golden Fish beach and campground. It's the cleanest beach around. The worst thing about the villa was the septic tank. On a windy day, you can be swimming in the pool and out of nowhere you smell this horrid stench because the septic was 15 feet away from the pool in the front yard of the villa. Parking sucks. There is room for 2 vehicles and its at 30 degree incline. Neighbours and other random people park outside the villa's gates so you have to be creative on getting out of the driveway. I would be looking elsewhere next year, possibly in Greece

Die Aussicht war sehr gut. Die Betten waren eine Katastrophe die Pool und außen Beleuchtung kaput

Klima Anlage nicht in allen Räumen einstellbar Bäder nicht ausreichend für 10 Personen Geschirrspüler viel zu klein zu wenig Teller Tassen ect. Aber die Aussicht und der Hausmeister waren unschlagbar

Wonderful villa, wonderful stay

We highly recommend Villa Elysia for anyone looking for a place in the beautiful coast of Bulgaria. As has been noted by previous reviews, the villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. The seaview from both the pool and indoors and terraces is breathtaking. We spent 2,5 weeks in villa Elysia and could not get enough of the place. The air conditioning is very well functioning. The pool is really nice, clean and spacious. But perhaps above all, what made our stay really special was the hospitality of Mitko and George, they were extremely helpful, caring and it was very easy to communicate with them, as well as with Elizabeth early on before the stay. There is something special about this Sozopol area, and during our weeks in the end of June and early July it was not crowded at all, so it was wonderful to explore the area. A special recommendation for the restaurant Doctor's house in the northern side of the old town, the most spectacular seafront location and the food was one of the best we've had. There are several great beaches nearby (within a few minutes of car-ride), search for your own favourite as they all have a different vibe and character to them, as well as different kind of sand (if you have kids interested in sand-play). Through the nearby fish restaurant you can access a beach from which you can do a short swim or snorkel to access a small secluded beach. Thank you Elizabeth, Mitko and George, for a truly wonderful stay!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Die Villa ist sehr groß und entspricht den Bildern vollkommen. Sie ist sauber und gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Decken, etc..). Egal ob im Pool, auf der Terrasse oder auf den Balkonen - der Ausblick aufs Meer ist jeden Tag aufs Neue atemberaubend schön! (Wir konnten ebenfalls Delfine beobachten). Der Pool ist groß, tief und hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Der Strand ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch schön. Die Guides kümmerten sich sehr gut um uns und waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, holten uns vom Flughafen ab und brachten uns dort wieder hin - dazu gab‘s noch einen Van für die Woche (für 7 Personen) - das nenne ich Service! Wir sparten uns Dank ihnen viel Stress. Die Villa ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, wir werden sie wieder buchen!
