Una suite principal king del segundo piso con balcón privado, baño, bar y refrigerador tiene una magnífica vista del puerto y las montañas del Parque Nacional Acadia. El segundo dormitorio es una suite queen con entrada privada al balcón del primer piso. A solo 2 millas de Seawall Beach of Acadia, un paseo en bicicleta o caminata para muchos. Es posible que algunos no abandonen la cabaña y simplemente observen la actividad de navegación desde las grandes cubiertas relajantes. Our stay at this Southwest Harbor home was absolutely perfect! The views of the working harbor were stunning — we loved watching the yachts come and go throughout the day. The location couldn’t have been better: peaceful, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. It truly made our first trip to Maine incredibly memorable.We spent mornings on the deck with coffee and a book, and during low tide, we wandered along the shore searching for sea glass and interesting rocks. Every moment felt relaxing and special. We can’t wait to come back — this place is a true gem!

We planned a last minute vacation, and we were very lucky that this home was available. Stacy was so kind and easy to contact. She made sure the place was ready before we arrived, and even had extra bedding available for us if we needed it. The home is extremely clean, decorated well, and had amazing views. The water is incredible. It's also very conveniently located to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again soon!

What a beautiful place. Amazing views and large decks. There is a parking spot on site. Fun to watch the tides and hunted for sea glass when tied was low. Quiet location and still easy to drive everywhere. There are some restaurants nearby including “The Upper Deck” with a large menu and great view. We enjoyed watching the boats launch a couple times a day but it wasn’t noisy. When we pulled ourselves away from the view, we enjoyed the nicely decorated home. If we are in the area again would love a repeat stay!

Above amazing!

Beyond perfection. Immaculate. Beautifully furnished up to magazine photo quality. Negates staying anywhere else on the island. Watching tide come in and out under the building, the views, the boat loading dock across from home meant never being bored. Best ever.

Absolutely lovely house, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and spacious for a family of four! We had a great time - including during a very grey and rainy day when it was delightful to spend time in the house and watch the weather over the bay. Would come back any time!

Clean, newly renovated, beautiful harbor view, away from the park and downtown bar harbor area.

This cottage was very comfortable for my family of 4. It’s supremely clean, well thought thru new interiors, well stocked with the essentials. Great views of the harbor from the 2 level decks, specially from the upstairs queen suite. It was a rainy weekend but the house was super cozy to stay in! However the listing doesn’t mention it’s a stand alone cottage next to a port. It was interesting to see them dock the yatch etc but would have been nice to know. Another nice to know inside the house would have been that the upstairs queen suite is accessible via a spiral staircase and that the bedroom doesn’t have a door The downstairs bedroom is sort of tight around the bed, has a door which is covered by curtains but no option to lock.

Weekend Getaway

A friend and I try to get to SW Harbor every spring. We booked this property for the first time and it did not disappoint. The view from the deck was tremendous, especially when watching the large boats being put into the water. Would book again with no hesitations.

Great place

Awesome place and location . The only downfall was the spiral staircase . My in laws were looking forward to the upstairs king bedroom but bc if the spiral staircase were not able to make it up . Also TV in upstairs did not work for our child with us .

Perfect location and home absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful. We could have stayed the home all day and just looked out at the water. Very comfy for 4 adults or small family. Had everything you needed for cooking and all other home stuff. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at your house. The area is quiet and quaint. Our boys enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views off the deck. The only negative is that we couldn't find the kayaks to use and the downstairs bedroom was very hot.

Perfect SW Harbor Overlook

This is a beautiful property, stretching right over Southwest Harbor, providing all amenities – even Bluetooth built-in ceiling speakers throughout. The views are stunning, watching Hinckley yachts in action is beautiful - the back porch is a perfect place for meals, and there is more than ample space inside as well. Living quarters are apple, the bedrooms, beautiful. Three bathrooms! Perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Beatiful house right on the harbor. No other neighbors and right on the water. You also get to watch boats go in and out all day. Within driving distance of many great places.

Wow!! Best in the Southwest Harbor

What an amazing house! Perfect for two couples. Loved watching the working harbor and the dry dock in the morning with a cup of coffee. Highly recommend this house. Walking distance from Peter Trouts Tavern .

Really pretty

Very nice stay, clean, fun to be near harbor. As another reviewer wrote there is action early in am on dock so you will get waken up with boats being put out and such. The only thing that I had not looked at before booking was that checkout is at 9am! That was too early for us with kids but they were unable to change it to later. So if that’s an issue , especially if you have young kids , I would check with them before booking if they can give you a later checkout. Otherwise house is awesome.
