5 STAR. Perfect Location Across from Cradle & PCC Clubhouse

We fondly call this Golf Terrace condo the “Guesthouse” because it has been renovated to a high standard generally reserved for someone’s primary home and we would live there and have our family and friends live there when they visit Pinehurst.

Efficient one bedroom on the second floor lives big in a small package and offers upscale amenities. The fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for up to 6 makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals, DoorDash deliveries from your favorite restaurant or just keeping your favorite drinks, snacks and foods at hand for a more enjoyable trip. New porcelain tile flooring, new appliances in kitchen, new large shower in bathroom (tankless hot water heater for endless hot water), trendy ”barn door” entrances to bathroom, completely painted in May 2021, custom bagdrop area for storing up to 3 golf bags, shoes, umbrellas, etc.. Family room has a very comfortable pull-out queen leather sofa and 60 inch TV (Golf Channel included). Primary bedroom complete with a view of the Cradle from bed (but still a secluded feel) and 42 inch TV. Kitchen opens to eating area with access to very private balcony with seating for 4 lit with string party lights and overlooking lovely, long views of the golf course and westward sunsets. Dining area clock is always set at 5 o’clock here. Have a guest or two over to your place to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine and the sunset if you would like. Perfect for honeymoon, anniversary, special couple getaways, fun family weekend getaway, executive stay or just about any excuse you can come up with to visit Pinehurst and stay in style.

Golf Terrace is a small island of condos surrounded by golf about 250 yards from the popular Cradle golf course, Thistle Due putting green, The Deuce restaurant, and Pinehurst Country Club main clubhouse. Live the best of local life here at Golf Terrace and take early morning or evening walks to the gorgeously lit PCC Veranda just across the road. If you are here for a tournament, no better place to stroll out your front door with a club or two in your hand and head for arguably the best practice area around.

A great and convenient place to stay!

The room was very spacious and felt like home. Overall felt very clean and neat. Kitchen appliances were also great! Only a 2 minute walk from the main Pinehurst clubhouse. Could not have asked for a better location. This is a great place to stay! Definitely coming back next time!

Pinehurst trip

The condo was just perfect. It was a one bedroom but had everything that you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated and organized. The hosts even provided a few snacks and drinks. Arriving late at night, it was great to have a light on inside and such a welcoming environment. Definitely stay here if you have a chance.

Wonderful location and stay

This property is perfect! The location is great, especially if you’re planning to enjoy The Cradle and Pinehurst Clubhouse. It’s a quick walk across the street. The hosts have thought of everything and the rental is clean, comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Stay!

We stayed at this charming condo for our teen son’s golf event. It’s perfectly appointed with everything one might need including breakfast items, snacks, bottled water, every kitchen appliance and they even provided a printer! Cute balcony overlooking the fairway and super convenient location to Pinehurst. It’s probably just as fast to walk to the Cradle as it is to drive. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Great condo for a trip to Pinehurst

We were in town for a wedding at pinehurst and this place was perfect for my wife and I. Easy walk to the Cradle and clubhouse overlooking No. 2. Condo was really clean and comfortable, and the complementary snacks and drinks were a great touch. 10/10 would stay again.

US Open Surprise !

The property was outstanding. Last minute meeting I’m Pinehurst, provided very little if any hotel availability. I was grateful for the recommendation of VRBO, as the accommodations were outstanding.

This was the perfect location and property for a week at Pinehurst. The inside of this property was very well equipped, immaculate and modern. I can't think of anything to make this place better. The hosts were very responsive, flexible and welcoming.

Gorgeous with a golf View

This cute little cottage was perfect for my husband and I while visiting our son that’s serving in the army. Unfortunately we don’t golf but this golf course view was perfection. We walked into the condo and the owners had everything so perfectly laid out and all the special little happies like bottled water, snacks and all the extras to make a perfect cup of tea/coffee. The house was very clean and the owners were very helpful. My son and his wife decided to stay with us one night and the pull out sofa bed was comfortable and spacious for us 4. I have already recommended this home to my other friends and family.

Great Condo, Location and Hosts!

In short, the property is as advertised. It has been completely redone top to bottom with great taste. The furnishings are excellent quality, the views all golf course and long. The hosts are golfing locals who were Super Hosts in every sense of the title. Everything we forgot to bring was already in the condo (hair dryer, etc). The world famous Pinehurst Resort is about a two football field walk. So no driving required! World class golf, food and fun is a hybrid away. It’s located in the Golf Terrace condo development directly across the street from the par three Pinehurst Cradle course. Rent it while you can and enjoy! We will be back!

Everything went smoothly. Thanks Jeff & Sreen. Just remember to enter straight in from the Morganton Road extended at the stoplight. You will feel like you are driving on a golf cart path, but that is really the entrance! Just follow it all the way in. ;) EJP

It is a beautiful property with great location. Just a little bit hard to find the place when we first arrived. Host was nice enough to welcome us in person and take us to the property. Condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We hope to come again next year.
