Cypress Cottage, Craddock Cottage and Scituate House are all adjacent properties and can be combined for groups up to 34.

Cypress Cottage is an original 1896 Tufts home with modern amenities and layout. Cypress is complete with upscale appliances and finishings. The back yard has a spacious deck with seating and a neutral gas grill.

Cypress Cottage is located inside the historic Village of Pinehurst, steps away from fine dining, pubs, shopping, galleries, resort amenities, parks, and miles of walking and hiking trails. This vintage 1896 Tufts home will allow you to have a true Pinehurst experience.

All linens are provided.

Perfect for annual golf trip

Fantastic location, with plenty of space for large golf group. Awesome spot to enjoy Pinehurst! Host was accommodating and communicated well. Will definitely be back.

Business trip - Great property

Our group rented this house for a business trip with a sales team. The location is fantastic for access to the downtown area and is walkable to the Carolina Inn. Centrally located for any golf rounds or other activities. The house overall was in great condition and perfect for a mid to large size group. The pool table was a great added touch, giving us something to spend time doing while at the house. Highly recommend this property and this host. Host was easy to communicate and even took care of our group with a left item. I would recommend this for business groups, friends or a larger family.

Fabulously located and stocked

We come to Pinehurst at least 7 times per year for various golf events for my son - this house may be the best rental we have had yet. The location is the best - walkable to everywhere (the village, Pinehurst CC and Resort). Lots of space for 7 of us to have privacy and very comfortable. Lots of character to!

Great visit. Location is superb. House was so welcoming and well equipped for a getaway. Clean, comfortable and spacious. A great plus was the EV charger. and off street parking. Would definitely reserve again.

Excellent location and great property manager!

We had a wonderful time and was able to make lasting memories. Having a piano and a chess table were great entertainment pieces for my children to play after dinner. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. We will love to book, again, next year and may be sooner if our schedule allows!
