"The check-in process was a nightmare. This hotel has elected not to staff their front desk after evening hours. I used a kiosk just off their porch to check myself in with some assistance from a remote operator. Once my credentials past inspection, I was asked to create my own room key cards. The instructions provided were not specific and the key cards did not work. There was no online help available using the kiosk; once the original operator had signed off I had no way of contacting him...

"This location is very old, it was not the greatest. The carpet was not very clean and the ceiling squeaked and cracked when someone walked across the floor in the room above."

"Hello, Stayed 2 nights in the compact full room upstairs. It is newly renovated and I was the 1st guest. There was plenty of room for me to move around comfortably. The lighting was sufficient and the window provided enough natural light. There were sufficient number of hangers. Bed was firm and comfortable and the comforter was very warm on the 1st night and just right on the 2nd night when it was colder. There was a extra heavier blanket that was good for the 1st night.
