"I was very impressed with the Crown Plaza airport hotel Indianapolis . The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The shuttle drivers were VERY kind and helpful. The room was spotless and the products fro used in the bathroom - Apotheke were FIRST CLASS. I intend to purchase the handwash and other product as soon as I get home! Thank you a very comfortable , classy and reasonably priced room! I highly recommend !"

"The breakfast was great. The rooms were great. The pool is filthy! A layer of oil on it. Bugs and hair everywhere, and its cold! There is no restaurant in it so you either go to a diferent hotel or a 15min drive to the mall and restraunts."

"Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room.
