"Loved this hotel. Good distance from the main attractions. The highlight is the cleanliness of our room and the overall layout. Bed were comfortable and the AC is cold!!!this one is great because when you set it at cold it is cold and stays that way til you’re freezing! I hope they dont change it in the summer. Definitely will come back to this hotel with this amenity alone. My only very minor complaint would be the pillows, they have 0 firmness by next mornings you’re almost laying flat on...

"Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

"The rooms were ok, but there were stains on the bed sheets and room felt stuffy although the air did work. Would not stay there again"

"Clean room, friendly staff, nicely refreshed hotel. We enjoyed on site laundry, fitness center, pool, and restaurant. Do not rely on the shuttle to Disneyland. The day we needed it, no driver was available so it was not running. "

"A great hotel if you’re going to Disneyland. It’s close to Downtown Disney where you can catch the monorail into Tomorrowland, or walk through Downtown Disney to the main gates of both parks. Staff was friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Also, a 3 min walk to Denny’s and a 15% discount with your room keys. "

"Excellent location to Disneyland, took a couple minutes to walk to. Perfect for taking a midday break. Pool is on the 4th floor, nothing fancy but great to cool off in. Can see the fireworks from Disneyland from almost any room so that was pretty cool as well. Would definitely stay again!"

"Need to be modernized. Buildings are old and need lots of renovation. The pool chemistry was not good. The staff made up for all negative stuff. The kids loved the water park and the staff. That’s what really matters. "
