"i stayed here with my cousin to see the poppies on the pier and the fireworks.The room was really good clean and quiet being away from the noisy part of Southend but still on seafront and just 20mins walk was good for us.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we spent the eve in the bar and we will def stay there again.A really lovely great little hotel."

"Apartment was clean and exactly as stated in the advertisement! Only issue we encountered was the front door being locked and on latch at 2am… However the property manager responded within 10 minutes even at 2am in the morning. Excellent service!"

"Internet strength, stability and coverage to be improved , and some room are not covered, and the connection is not stable. Kitchen has no cleaning sponge, oven glove. Door floor beam has nail and could hurt feet if not wearing shoes."
