Located in the historic section of Bass River Village, you'll find this authentic, charming little cottage quietly situated on a peaceful property. Here you will find the perfect little Cape Cod hideaway to appreciate after a long day of exploring. The neighborhood is perfect for quiet morning strolls, afternoon beaching and bicycling, and evening walks. To the West is Hyannis, to the East is Chatham... a bit further, you're in Orleans, Nauset, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. You can't go wrong in this location.

Cape Cod is rich with recreational activities and none are too far away to enjoy. Windmill Beach is less than 1/4 mile walk, and several of South Yarmouth's beautiful beaches are just a mile away. Cape Cod has been named as one of the top ten spots in the world for whale watching and water activities, including paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and windsurfing. The region is also ranked among the ten most popular destinations in the U.S. for beaches and golf. We have world-class bike paths, scenic hiking trails, and some of the best shopping around. The Cape and Islands also have been named one of the top 25 arts destinations in the country for our wealth of galleries, art studios, and museums.

Very clean and quaint cottage! Kathlene is a wonderful host and welcoming to this great little getaway. Close to the shops, restaurants, golf and activities the Cape has to offer and a short walk to the Windmill Beach. Highly recommend!

Well mainained and very clean cottage that is a lovely place to stay.

This cottage is great for two people or 2 plus. There are two bedrooms and a good size living room as well as a small but large enough kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything is comfy and in good repair. There are no leaks in the roof and no sags in the floor. All appliances worked fine. The cottage was very clean and shiny when we arrived and is very easy to take care of. The owners are wonderfully nice and a pleasure to do business with. The location is fairly quiet although there is some to be expected street traffic as well as landscape maintenance activity but nothing that detracts from your stay. Good ocean beaches are about a mile away, and grocery shopping is half a mile away, as well as everything other store you might need for your visit. I would have no hesitations about renting this cottage again.

Cannot say enough about this place!! Kathlene was wonderful, place was charming, clean and had everything we needed and more. Central to everything, cannot wait to go back.

Exactly what we'd hoped for - a real gem.

This property was such a pleasant surprise for us. We were immediately struck by the curb appeal. Lovely grounds that are obviously well cared for. Upon entering the cottage we were impressed by how immaculate it was. Kathlene has really created a cozy little getaway here. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we could need - just add groceries! Kathlene was the perfect host, we truly enjoyed our time in the cottage. The location is such that you are in a nice, quiet area, but minutes away from stores, restaurants, and attractions. Windmill Beach was about a quarter mile away (walkable) with other town beaches not much further off. My family and I would go back in a second - we HATED to leave!! Thank you Kathlene and Tom, we hope to get down to visit again next year!
