Experience modern luxury in one of the newest and most impressive apartments in South West Rocks, completed in August 2016. This stunning two-bedroom apartment is located on the middle floor and boasts ducted air conditioning, lift access, and a single underground parking space (2.1m high clearance).

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto a balcony with views of Horseshoe Bay headland, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a gas BBQ. High-quality fixtures and fittings enhance the space, along with a flat-screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The main bedroom features an ensuite, while the laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Park your car and enjoy the convenience of walking to everything South West Rocks has to offer, from beaches and shops to local cafes and restaurants.

Please Note: 'Waterford 5' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid etc.

Laundry smelt very damp, when you would have a shower water would flood the bathroom, there was zero water pressure in the bath was unable to fill a bath to bath my children. The gutters outside of the main bedroom were full and overflowing was very loud to sleep We purposefully booked this apartment due to their being an operational lift as we have small children with prams, bassinets etc however this lift was broken down more than working which was a huge disappointment and inconvenience.
