"The room was clean and spacious the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car. As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times. We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves. We would not hesitate to return."

"Really well designed property with spacious downstairs and outside area . Very good to have the small en-suite in main bedroom. Outside area was great , plenty of seating , good sea view , clean and no issue with seagulls ! Very convenient location . Only improvement suggestion would be to provide a hairdryer."

The views from the garden in the advert are maybe slightly miss leading. You can see the sea but it is through other peoples gardens and only slightly. Access to this is also up a steep hill. "The Hideaway has the potential to be a 10/10 accommodation because the location is absolutely outstanding. It is perfectly situated for an easy walk into the village of Port Isaac, down to Port Gaverne, and also conveniently close to the Co-op.
