This home has an unconvential design. Very few of the spaces.are rectangular. It was designed by a prominent cape architect. The main floor is the top level. There are seven steps to get there. I was aware because my sister-in-law is mobility challenged. It was a minor challenge for her tonget upstairs. The main space is nicely laid out. It's bright with sunlight despite the dense tree canopy surrounding the house. It's an open design with high ceilings lots of windows, skylight. The bedrooms are small, irregularly shaped but adequate. There is a very large, versatile deck with nice views of the forest. To get to the lower floor there is a narrow, iron circular stair. Fortunately there is an opening to the outside on the ground level making it possible to bring in things from the car. The downstairs level has its own living room, bathroom and small.bedrooms. The location feels wooded and private while being very close to route six. It is near a.cove but access to.the cove is limited. There are places nearby to put in a kayak. This part of Wellfleet is not GPS-friendly so my only contact with the management company was figuring out how to.get there. They responded promptly. The house is well equpped. In addition to a regular drip coffee maker it has a keurig, which wasn't listed. It was difficult to find a temperature setting that served the whole house. Users of the upstairs bathroom.were challenged to turn the water on or off. We enjoyed our week.here.
