"Modern, spotlessly clean large room Very well presented Comfortable bed Great breakfast, freshly cooked & good quality. We ate there during the evening & the food was very good. Ideal base for visiting fountains abbey & Harlow Carr. Although it’s on quite a busy road our room was very quiet."

"Very good experience. Professional and helpful staff. Clean, well-equipped room, slept quite well, no outside noise (even though the England v Mexico football match was in the early hours).
