"We're from Houston & wanted a winter getaway. This property is all you'll need... it's well equipped & clean. We enjoyed Salt Lake City and all surrounding areas. This rental is 30 minutes (give or take a few) from everywhere. Chis is a excellent host. Thanks for the memories."

"We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and it matches the online description and pictures. If you’re heading to The Canyons this is a very convenient location. You can be in the parking lot to jump on the cabriolet in about 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Newpark condo and would stay there again. Beautiful view of the beaver pond and Swaner Preserve. The condo was very quiet, wifi was good, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. And having a garage was great, although it might be a bit narrow for a full size suv due to some shelves on one wall (no problems with our compact suv). "

"Very clean and beautiful place! The backyard is shared with the attached unit B, but great walkable neighborhood with the dog. Be aware there is no air conditioning but with the fans it was comfortable inside. Nice washer and dryer but did have a foul odor."
