  • Al entrar en el espacioso y acogedor apartamento de una habitación, un condominio de baño espera sus vistas del Golfo de México. Te sorprenderán las vistas desde este condominio. Dos grandes puertas correderas lo llevan directamente a su balcón extra grande. Este condominio bellamente decorado está equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una escapada de 2 noches a una estadía de un mes. Colchón King Size para las noches de descanso más reparador. Cable, Wi-Fi, reproductor de DVD, también provisto para entretenerlo durante esos días de descanso.

    Hay una gran piscina al aire libre ubicada en el lado sur del tercer piso y en el lado norte del tercer piso hay una bañera de hidromasaje solo para adultos.

    Se proporcionan lavadoras y secadoras en cada piso de nivel impar para la comodidad de nuestros huéspedes.

    El estacionamiento cubierto seguro y el acceso inmediato a la playa son solo dos características que hacen de este complejo turístico uno de los mejores y más convenientes.

Orange Starfish-Iverness Condos SPI

I had a great experience for my annual South Padre Island vacation. I have stayed in 6 different condos at the Iverness and this was one of the best. We always stay at these condos because their literally on the beach- no hauling your stuff a long ways. Check in was easy. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Can't wait to come back next year.

The balcony view and access to the beach are one of the best!!! And if you like nice, comfortable, quiet, clean, well appointed accommodations, this is the place. And a bonus…covered parking!

Beautiful, cozy condo with spectacular views and roomy balcony

We very much enjoyed our week long stay here. Kitchen is fully equipped for those wanting to eat/cook in. Bathroom is good size, but we needed more than two wash cloths and four towels for a weeks stay. While there was supposed to be washers and dryers located on odd numbered floors, that was not the case. All are inoperative except one washer and one dryer on the 7th floor. Bedroom was nice and comfortable. My favorite place was the balcony. It has lots of room to sit and enjoy the views, eat lunch/dinner, work, sunbath (in the morning hours), and take in the fresh air. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back.

Great size, location and VIEW!

Perfect size and location for our 30th Anniversary trip. The condo was as described and shown in pics, well decorated and stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, etc. Our favorite was the deck. The high top table and chairs had been added since the online pics and it made for a perfect view (unblocked by the railing) - morning, afternoon, or evening. Great location on the beach as well. Really enjoyed walking/running north to the point the condos and houses thinned out and it felt less busy. The condo had two beach chairs and an umbrella available, but we opted to take advantage of the rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach for 3 days, though the first day was a bit clunky since the guy wouldn't rent to us since we didn't go down until the afternoon and he had no other business and wouldn't rent to us. Sent us down the beach to the next rental area, which ended up being fine in the end. So nice to not have to lug those items back and forth to the beach. Also appreciated that the property seemed secure. Parking was in garages on bottom floors of building with gates. Access to beach was also through a gate activated only by key fob. Definitely recommend to couples seeking a great place to unwind and relax.

Love this place

Have stayed here 3 times so far. When you find a place you like, you don’t have to look anymore. It’s our preferred place when we visit the island!
