The main living area is bright and inviting, with five seats on the sleeper sofa and two plush armchairs. Kick back to watch the 40' flat-screen TV, or witness a breathtaking Gulf sunset on your expansive balcony.

Savor the at-home cooking experience in the granite kitchen with stocked white cabinetry, full-size appliances, and breakfast bar seating for three. Then, savor your home cooking at a sleek dining table set for six. The kitchen will be stocked with all your cooking supplies so you can prepare a great family meal.

When you are ready to call it a night, sleep comfortably in your ocean-view primary with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 32-inch flat-screen TV, and ensuite with a glass shower.
Drift to sleep in the second bedroom with a queen bed, a mirrored closet, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Or rest up in the third bedroom, configured with one queen bed, twin bed, and a 19-inch flat-screen TV.

Location was everything. Beachfront and close to a ton of bars, restaurants and shops. The pictures made the unit and property as a whole seem very up-to-date, but both are extremely outdated. The kitchen chairs were incomplete; there were two hard folding chairs to complete the setting. There were stains on the couch, loveseat, and kitchen chairs: no complete sets of dishes or silverware. The floor was so disgusting that we went to the store and bought a mop to clean it ourselves day one. The pool was hot; my watch was registering over 104 degrees which in South Texas heat and humidity is just miserable. Few brave souls toughed it out to swim in there. You couldn’t even get cold water in the shower. Also, 3.75 to wash and 3.75 to dry (small loads) is bonkers when you are paying more than 3000 a week to stay on the property. Lastly, cockroaches and other bugs in the unit; I get that it’s on the beach, I, personally, wouldn’t recommend.

Worst place we've ever stayed in

The condo should not be rented until major changes occur. Furniture with no springs, kitchen poorly supplied for 6 people, not enough chairs until rental agency brought us card table chairs, air conditioner being turned off manually, heater that doesn't work, bugs in kitchen and master bathroom master toilet that runs every few minutes, lounge chairs needing new cushions.

Nice place

The location, the description were all spot on; we were spoiled by our vrbo rental on SPI from last year. The description said to bring what we would need, but I didn’t realize that would include a blow dryer (small gripe) but there were not eight glasses. We didn’t ever need eight, but that’s what the unit could accommodate. Seems odd

I loved the property. Would definitely stay there again. Clean, spacious, very short walk to ocean from property, close to shopping and eating. We did have a rental car to get around and it was so easy to get around.

property manager "Nikki"

In the middle of a cookout for my family we were approached by the property manager by the name of "Nikki" (she would not give her full name) in an unethical, unprofessional manner to clear up the area because it was under construction. There were absolutely no signs of restricted area. We asked if we could clear once we finished eating and she said absolutely not! WE WOULD OF NVR COME CLOSE TO THE SIGHT IF IT WAS BARRICADED, she then ordered the construction crew to come over and start flagging and barricading the area as we ate. It was so degrading as she snapped her fingers at my family. My children felt intimidated, my mother was amongst us she had come to visit for spring break from deep in Mexico. It was heartbreaking to see my mother's head bow down as this lady scorned us. Before we started the cookout we cleared the bar-b- q area of Debree and swept the area full of bolts, screws and nails to make it comforting for the family. We saw the construction crew and we stayed out of each other's way. We cut our stay short and left Sun Tide II. I truly believe this place should be shut down and really doubt OSHA would allow how this property manager was handling the construction site. I called the Island PD and picked up a police report

Upon checking in we had numerous questions about the parking, first if you rent an 8 bedroom condo most families will have to occupy 2 vehicles, 2nd after being showed the parking across the road "along the roadway" we asked if the ONE permit given could be used for a golf cart, the gentleman told us yes. So before arriving to the condo we stopped and rented a golf cart only to find out it it was not at all allowed in the property. Bottom line your condo is not set up for families, we visit south padre 6 to 8 times a year, and we will be going back to another location. I understand policies are put in place for a reason I just don't like being told one thing and then finding out the opposite.

Great Spot!

The location was amazing and very close to good food and the beach. The hot tub and pool was very nice. The view and sound of the ocean when on the balcony is we amazing. The provided pots and pans were also very nice for cooking. Overall a great spot to take a vacation and relax.

The condo was just how y’all advertised. Check in staff were great. Easy access to beach and to our condo and the amenities. We will be coming back. Hopefullyto our exact same condo. 401 Suntide Ii

Ceiling fan in front bedroom did not work upon arrival. Also three lamps in bedrooms & living room missing bulbs. Called maintenance who came the next morning and repaired/replaced. Only four chairs on balcony to accommodate 10 people! Only ONE parking permit for 3 bedroom condo (we came in two vehicles)(not allowed to purchase additional parking permit). Overall stay was very pleasant and beach was perfect! Sunrises from balcony were awesome!

Excellent Stay

Excellent location with a beautiful balcony and view of the beach. Very clean and comfortable location, all amenities and cookware necessary for a great stay. Beach access is fast and easy, the swimming pool is well cared for and nice for a non-ocean swim. Our family had a great time here and will return.

Easy peasy!

No hassle to rent, 95% done online. Accurate as described & photos. 3B 2Bath. Very clean, good view of beach. Front bedroom w/2 beds is warm, I suggest you bring a fan.
