THE SPACE



Sea Dancer Ten has the high ceilings and all-tile floors that give a beach condo an airy, open feel from the moment you walk in. The kitchen sits to the left — a full-size setup with a dishwasher, all the pots, pans, and dishes needed for real home-cooked meals, and an eat-in counter that keeps the cook in the conversation. This will save you both time & money on your vacation



A separate dining table gives the group a spot to sit together with a kitchen that flows without interruption into the living room, where a large flat-screen Smart TV is set up for streaming and the sectional sofa doubles as an additional sleeping surface.



The master bedroom has a king bed, its own flat-screen TV, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. On the far side of the layout, an additional full bathroom serves the guest bedroom and common areas — two full bathrooms for six guests is a practical comfort most competing rentals at this price do not offer. Please understand 6 is the max including toddlers & infants per the HOA.



Just off the living room, the oversized private patio opens to seating for the whole group — morning coffee, evening margaritas, or a cookout under the stars. The pool is steps away from the building with sun loungers around the deck and an outdoor shower to rinse off after coming back from the beach.



Something to consider: this condo has been partially remodeled with stylish, updated decor — it is clean, well-kept, and comfortable yet some elements carry the age of the building such as white appliances, and we set that expectation up front. For a group that wants character, cleanliness, location, and amenities at a real value price, Sea Dancer One consistently delivers.



The unit is on the second floor. Stairs are required — there is no elevator. This also means no neighbors above you, which is a real plus for lighter sleepers and families with early bedtimes.



SLEEPING (Up to 6 Guests)



Master bedroom: king bed.



Second guest bedroom: two twin beds.



Living room: sofa sleeper (very small full-sized bed when folded out). A sleeper airbed with pump is also provided as a backup.



Fresh linens and bedding are provided for all permanent beds. If you plan to use the sofa sleeper or the airbed, please bring your own bedding for those.



LOCATION



Sea Dancer-10 sits on convenient East Bahama — a centrally located address that puts a surprising amount of the island within walking distance.



Cafe on the Beach is right there for beachfront breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a full bar with actual ocean views. Padre Island Brewing is a short walk for craft beers, pizza, pasta, and seafood. Tom and Jerry's handles sports bar nights with super solid burgers, Mexican plates, and games. Whataburger is close for the moments when that's the only answer.



Deeper on the island, South Padre's full entertainment district, waterfront dining, and nightlife are a short drive or golf cart ride away. Deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching, kiteboarding, and jet ski rentals are all easily arranged from this location. The free Island Metro bus runs the length of SPI and stops nearby — you may not need to move your car at all once you've settled in.



PARKING



Two off-street parking spaces are included at no charge — free, unlike hotels on South Padre Island that all charge per car. Vehicles must be parked front to back. A golf cart counts as a vehicle toward the two-space limit. There is no additional guest parking at this property — if your group is arriving with more than two vehicles, reach out and we can suggest free nearby options.

High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times so come prepared with a hot spot on your phone if you have must do work as it can go down. As it can be unreliable, we do not provide compensation nor discounts due to internet issues – remember, we are an Island after all.



DISCOUNTS — JUST ASK



Reduced rates for off-season stays (September 15 – December 15), veterans and active military, and current Texas tackle football coaches (our sons play for Lake Travis in Austin — Go Cavs!). Send a message and ask.



POLICIES



Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. This is an HOA requirement and cannot be modified. Guests under 25 are not eligible to be the primary reservation holder. Please do not book if the primary guest is under 25.



Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, infants and toddlers included, no exceptions. You cannot exceed max occupancy; doing so is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.



Up to two dogs are welcome. Pet fees and specific house rules apply — please read the pet section of the house rules carefully before booking and contact us to confirm your pet details prior to arrival. Be kind and disclose please. Pets cannot be left alone if they are barkers nor be in the pool area



During March and Easter week (Semana Santa / Holy Week), all guests are required to pay a $35-per-person HOA security wristband fee. We pre-collect this after you book yet before arrival for your convenience.



This fee does not apply at any other time of year. If you have questions about wristband costs for your group size, message us before booking.



A signed digital rental agreement and a valid photo ID are required before door codes are released. You must read and agree to all house rules prior to booking — we are more than happy to answer questions before you book.



Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at night. Check-in is 3 PM, check-out is 11 AM.

As a guest, you also have access to the shared complex amenities, including the swimming pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. Two off street parking spaces are reserved exclusively for your use during your stay.

You can start your morning with a relaxing breakfast at Cafe on the Beach, located less than a minute walk away, where you can enjoy stunning Gulf views. For lunch or dinner, Padre Island Brewing is a short stroll from the property, serving up craft beers and local favorites.



If you are craving a casual meal or a sports bar atmosphere, Tom and Jerry's is also within easy walking distance. When you want to explore further, the full entertainment district, vibrant nightlife, and exciting water activities like deep sea fishing and jet ski rentals are just a quick drive or golf cart ride away. The free island metro bus also stops nearby, making it incredibly easy to navigate the entire island without needing your car.
