Same day bookings accepted if available!! Fantastic location steps away from the beach in the beautiful Tiki luxury condominium complex. Ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Permit # 2023-0464. Beautiful gardens surround 2 nice heated swimming pools. Spring break restrictions apply: Families only or adults 24 years old with verified IDs. Our condo is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Living room has a sofa-sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric range & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. We provide you with 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN, DVD player, free WIFI internet service, VOIP phone with free long distance (domestic) calls, bed linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board. You only need to bring your personal items. The 2 heated (at winter time) outdoor swimming pools were renovated this year. We're located just across the boulevard from Sea Turtle Inc. and the fantastic South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Rio Grande Valley's premier destination for birdwatching. Walking distance to Clayton's, Club Louie, Barry's Bistro, On The Border, etc.. Many activities within 10 minutes of the condominium: South Padre Island Water Park, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing, windsurfing, kite-boarding and sailboat rentals. There is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Other activities include beach 4-wheeling, horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Paradise for golfers, there is golf at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista and many more courses around the valley. Come see why we love South Padre Island!!! Pets must be pre-approved. Nice location and amenities

Went on a crowded July 4th weekend, and the property maintenance staff were working hard to keep the pools cleaned, trees trimmed, trash cleaned up, and most importantly - parking spaces free from other beachgoers. Went to dinner at the Marriott next door - zero parking, and guests were having to park across the street. Ended up dropping everyone off and parking back at our condo to walk. The beach was convenient, and the host was very communicative and nice.

Great condo, everything you could need

The condo owner communicated well. The condo was equipped with everything we needed - from toilet paper to paper towels to dishwashing liquid to hand soap.The condo was great for the time we stayed there (four nights). We will definitely rent this condo again.

Nice and fun

We had a great time and loved the location. Was able to see the fireworks, enjoy the beach, and pool! Family had a great time. Only thing was the accessibility for wheelchair getting into the room, does have a small step and can be difficult with the wheelchairs and has tub, no walk in shower option for accessibility. My grandpa enjoyed the patio area and fun day at the pool! He turned 95! Thank you!! A must do again!

Most excellent stay

Great location with an excellent host. Communicative and responsive. Property's well maintained with comfort in mind. Not too far from the beach and in the middle of all the fun stuff to do at SPI. Will most definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying in this property and we loved it. It is well stocked with all the essentials. Within walkable distance to beach access. Very clean and comfortable environment. Check in was simple and communication with David was always very quick in regards to response time and extremely friendly. Will be staying there again soon.

Thanksgiving in SPI

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was perfect for me and my husband, daughter and son-in-law and their dog. The location was great. And it was decorated so cute. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, pleasant condo near beach

Spacious, clean and comfortable condo with easy access to beach, about a minute's walk from the beach. First floor with walkway to handicapped parking spot, suitable for seniors. Owner was responsive and welcoming. On site office management was nice. This was a terrific experience and we highly recommend this place.

Perfect 2 Bedroom Condo with Great Location!

Let me start by saying that we have stayed at The Tiki for many years now, but we have always rented a one-bedroom unit close to the gulf. We decided to try a 2-bedroom condo and we discovered David's beautiful island home, and it did not disappoint. The 2-bedroom unit was a lot more spacious which is exactly what we needed because we are a family of four. It is a very comfortable ground floor unit with a short walk to the beach. David is a very nice owner, and his communication was great. He was always a phone call or text away in case we needed anything. We had a great experience at David's beautiful island home that I told him that he gained annual renters. Thank you, David, for making our island stay GREAT!

Best Family Beach Trip Ever!

Place was great. Beach was Fantastic! Property was very nice. From the start, our host David was very accommodating and communicated with us the whole way through. This was our first family trip to the beach and we even got to bring our dog! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Thank You David!!!

Great get away!!!

Beach Memories

We have not been to South Padre in 15 years and loved our visit! The owner was extremely communicative and helpful! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved the layout of the complex with two beautiful pools and the beach so close. It reminded me of our recent trip to Hawaii and the condo layout. I loved having a first floor condo which made bringing my dogs a breeze. There also were poop sacks and waste bins with a nice area to walk the dogs right outside the condo. I have an electric vehicle and was able to charge for free within walking distance at the Holiday Inn right by the condo. There were some dirty towels left and missing beach towels and the owner got both taken care of extremely quickly.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beach property. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. David was in constant communication with us and making sure we had everything we needed even before our arrival. There was plenty of space for all of us and our two dogs. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable beach getaway.

Best Condo Ever at the Tiki!!

I have stayed at the Tiki many times. This rental has been the best so far. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is very clean, well decorated, and spacious. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, with soft sheets and pillows. Both bathrooms have luxury towels, extra amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner. (not many Tiki rentals have this) Our host, David, also provides more extras; beach towels, sunscreen, and extra toilet paper. The kitchen has everything you need including a drip coffee maker, filters, and a cabinet with spices, oil, and sugar. There is even aluminum foil, and plastic wrap, and extra trash can bags. He provides grill utensils, a beach umbrella, chairs, and bougie boards. The location is a very short walk to the beautiful beaches of South Padre. We had wonderful communications with our host. If you are looking for a spacious, clean and inviting pace for your next vacation, rent this condo!
