113A E. Cora Lee is located on South Padre Island, Tx and is 1/2 a block from the beach.
This South Padre Island rental property was designed to accommodate a large number of people with total comfort!

The living room, dining area, kitchen, and bunk bedroom are located on the 1st floor.

The bunk room features two full-size bunk beds with bedding to accommodate eight (8) children.

The kitchen is very spacious with lots of cabinetry for easy storage.
It is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
This kitchen has everything you need to prepare an unforgettable family meal.
The large dining room table, bar seating, and outside patio seating provide plenty of areas for guests to enjoy a meal at the house.

Guests can easily access the backyard through the 1st-floor living room.
Enjoy getting a tan in the tropical backyard featuring a private heated pool and hot tub!
The backyard offers ample seating for guests with an array of lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a patio table.

All bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds.
The 4th bedroom entails two queen size beds.
All bedrooms have access to balconies.

Hermosa Propiedad

Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía en esta propiedad, la casa es hermosa y espaciosa, cuenta con todo lo necesario. El área de la alberca es perfecta para pasar el rato en familia y lo mejor es que queda muy cerca de la playa. 100% recomendada.

An Oasis in South Padre

Incredible. Perfect lodging for our group of mothers and daughters. Lovely accommodations, superb response from management if we needed them. All in all, a perfect 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend and we will probably stay again in the near future.

Great property, poor customer service

Customer service was awful until after we checked in but at that point the damage had been done. We work for a large corporation, the largest in the RGV and paid with a company card that was listed under a directors name. What proceeded after that was a list of demands to prove we weren’t being fraudulent, despite emailing directly from our work email showing our company. I understand there are processes you need to follow for spring break kids but this was absolutely ridiculous and whoever we were speaking with promised a supervisor would reach out after being unhelpful in every way possible and yet we never heard from them. After hosting a 3,000 person event, we were made to wait outside of the rental for an hour while they determined we weren’t trying to scam them. I previously managed front office personnel in luxury properties in major cities, whoever is running this business needs to empower and train their employees on empathy, problem solving, and realizing who they are working despite said “processes”. Our company will never use VRBO again or this South Padre Rentals company which is unfortunate because I conduct business on the island frequently and am in charge of booking accommodations for our staff. I never leave reviews but this experience left such a sour taste I had to voice it, especially after being ghosted by a supervisor.

Ok, spacious

We’ve stayed in lots of VRBO and other rental vacation homes. I couldn’t quite put my finger on why this place wasn’t super satisfying. It was clean, it was pretty close to the beach. It had the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. But the seating wasn’t super comfortable in the living room or at the dining table. There were no extra blankets or throws. There were also some things that didn’t work well, or were not working, like the ice machine in the freezer. The management company was super!

Had a great time, anyway…

We have a family of 17, 4 adult kids with their wives and children and my husband and I(Grandma and grandpa). We live in three separate countries and were able to come together to be in one place for the week. Super hard to arrange, just because of our distance and schedules. This place was perfect for us! Amenities and walking to the beach 1/2 block. We all had a great time! Only issue was the floor was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. We take shoes off at the door, as a habit, but had 6 kids under 4 with us, and all of our feet and seats where filthy black within 2 hours.. No mop or dust pan available for small cleanups and it took two days for the managment company to return our messages. We finally bought our own dust pan and mop so we could clean the floors ourselves. Again, beautiful property and great location. Just need more timely response from the management team. Update: they contacted us and reimbursed us over $100 for our trouble with the floors… ok! Now you guys are a ten of ten!

NEEDED VACATION-2021

IT WAS VERY PLEASANT, DIDN;T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. A/C WORKED GOOD. POOL HAD SOME PROBLEMS (LIGHTS WERE OUT). AND DIDN'T GET FIXED ALTHOUGH WE CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES. BEDS ARE OF GOOD QUALITY AND COMFORTABLE TO SLEEP. PROPERTY IS IN GOOD LOCATION, NEAR TO ACCESS TO BEACH AND CLOSE TO WANNA WANNA.

Padre Isle

Property was very nice. Exactly as photographed. Can be noisy if attached townhomes are rented out at same time. Pool was very nice. Interior is well appointed. Lots of beach toys, floats, wagon, chairs. Probably left by previous renters. SPI doesn’t guarantee that stuff will be onsite. Quick walk to beach. Lots of bathrooms which was a huge plus.

Great family getaway

We had 16 family members stay for a last minute rescheduled spring break. This house has a fantastic pool and hot tub to enjoy if the beach is too windy and cold. It was centrally located to great food, shopping and walking distance to beach and attractions. I enjoyed running every morning along the water and excellent walking/biking paths.

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, great pool. SPI who manages it is ok but not great, required emailed images of your drivers license and credit card for contact free check-in, otherwise had to check in at their office and provide these. House doesn’t have any beach towels which another unusual SPI policy - a house on South Padre 1 block from the beach with its own pool and hot tub sure seems like it should have beach towels. Every other VRBO I’ve stayed at with a pool does, even if not close to the beach. However, the house itself is really nice and brand new. Overall I’d give SPI 3 stars and the house itself 5

Island Getaway

We had the best time ever at Cora Lee. From the moment we found the house online until the moment we got there SPI was great to work with, very accommodating. The house is beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The pool and spa were wonderful and relaxing. We had an awesome time hanging out with friend and family for the week. We will definitely be back!

Great property in South Padre

Very modern and warm property. Awesome bedroom and bathroom set-up for groups. Loved the heated hot tub and pool, the controls do take a little time to understand. Overall great place! Only thing that could have made it better would be a longer garage that fit our truck (Ram 1500), and stronger internet... we had bandwidth issues with zoom calls across 3 computers - 1 for work, 2 kiddos for school. Luckily I have a hotspot on my phone so was able to be productive but the kids had times of internet frustration.
