Our quirky beachfront condo is the place to be. You'll have access to our private rooftop terrace, which will blow every other vacation rental out of the water. Our condo with a balcony is a one-of-a-kind rental on South Padre Island. You and your guests will feel on top of the world up here, and there's no view like it. If you're lucky enough to catch a SpaceX launch, you'll have a great view from our living room windows or terrace - bring your binoculars! There is direct beach access and 3 pools, one heated during the cooler months. Check-in is a breeze: the rental office is just 1 mile away and open 24 hours a day. In addition to their round-the-clock customer service - our team has a 5-star maintenance and cleaning team that we have relied on for over 3 decades. They have taken fantastic care of our condo and will take great care of you.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

The condo was very clean and welcoming. We had the best time, the roof top deck is an awesome area for evening snacks and sunsets!! We had a very relaxing vacation. Walked the beach and made good use of the hot tubs!

Door code apon arrival was incorrect. Left over soap in second bathroom shower, threw it away and went to wash hands but sink completely clogged. No laundry service on site. I have never in my life stayed somewhere that you had to drive a mile away to get fresh towels, sheets and toiletries. Even if they left laundry tabs, washer was rusted out and unusable. Picture on-line was a different kitchen all together. Both showers are disgusting and need to be re-caulked. We understand that places on the ocean take a lot of abuse from the salt air, but we have one on the Oregon coast and take care of the upkeep. I'm very very disappointed.

The condo was very clean and the penthouse patio was really great. We spent a lot of time up there. We’d definitely book it again you just may want to be aware that we could never get the condo to cool down lower than 75 at night which was a bummer for the guys in our group. There are ceiling fans so it may not be a bid deal to most. The living room furniture is a bit patio like and there’s no pantry space but overall we had a good time and we would come back.

A little piece of Paradise

The condo was perfect. Very clean and spacoius. The terrace on the roof top has amazing views and so peaceful. We ended up staying 3 extra days. Would definitely book this place again. The resort was also very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Was ok…

Decent location, close to the beach. But the condo smelled musty, had some interesting bugs (cockroaches maybe), and we couldn’t adjust the dates once booked. The rooftop terrace was nice but we didn’t use it much. Not sure it was worth the extra money. You could see the SpaceX launch site from the room, which was nice.

Penthouse heaven

The rooftop terrace was amazing. We spend many mornings up there drinking our coffee. Also a great spot to sunbathe. A very spacious condo, with cute ocean vibes. Gorgeous views!

Great location and view

The condo was comfortable with great views of the beach and the bay and the tropical storm that came through. The kitchen was updated except for the stackable washer and dryer which was loud- especially the dryer and we always had to dry everything twice to get it dry. The showers were in need of updating as they had rust and should have a glass door instead of curtains. We stayed three weeks but only had cleaning and shower products for a week as well as not enough toilet paper or paper towels for our stay- which we bought ourselves. When renting, we thought the large porch was attached to the living area where it would be convenient but it’s actually a very small balcony porch and the large porch is up a steep. Light of stairs and inconvenient. The towel/ linen exchange guy was very friendly and accommodating.

There was only one car allowed to park on the premises.

We would not stay there again because of the parking situation. One car only was allowed on premises, our friends that had a car had to Parkette in a public parking area. Unacceptable.

Great spot in Padre

Overall, had a fantastic time at this condo. Bedrooms were very spacious and view is amazing. Especially loved the rooftop patio - best view in all of Padre IMO. Great access to the beach and overall property was very clean. The complex is a little dated but that’s not much different than most condos in South Padre. Check in process is off-site, which is kind of a pain with padre traffic but not huge deal. Also, beware of the angry maintenance man😂 - accused me of jumping the fence to pool one morning after I entered normally thru gate. Didn’t let it ruin our time though.

Great place to stay when visiting SpaceX (or the beach)

The large private rooftop deck can't be beat, with views of the ocean and across to both SpaceX facilities. Views from the balcony off the living room are also fabulous. I can't think of a better place to watch a SpaceX launch once they are happening. Beach access is nice and easy, and the heated pool was warm. We were a group of four -- parent, grandparent, and 11 and 14 year old. The unit was very comfortable for us even without using the pull-out bed. The building is old, and that shows in some places in the unit. But the unit was very clean. The lobby looked a little sketchy when we came in at night, but during the day it felt better. Check-in is a mile up the road, which isn't bad if you know what to expect. It's easier and simpler than some of the VRBO check-in experiences I've had. The unit is highly decorated, and from the pictures it looked like too much. In person I actually enjoyed it. In conclusion, it's a fabulous place and I'm definitely going to try to stay there again.

Awesome views

Great property and awesome views! Nicely decorated and the owners obviously have taken a lot of pride in it. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was I had to rewash 90% of the dishes as most still had food stuck to them and it was kind of a pain to have to drive to the welcome center to check in then also still have to get the keys at the main desk at the condo too. There were some small maintenance things too that I'm sure the owners will fix when they see them but nothing that kept us from greatly enjoying our time there. The rooftop patio was amazing!!!
