Start your day eating breakfast on the oceanfront furnished balcony while the sea breeze gently kisses your face as it passes by. In the afternoon, quench your thirst with a favorite drink prepared at the wet bar while you sit back to devour a good book and listen to the soothing ocean waves. Watch the shrimp boat lights dance across the water when the sun goes down.

The spacious living and dining rooms are perfect for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. Natural light warms the large room. Enjoy ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows while lounging comfortably on the couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper. Put your feet up in the evening while watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV.

Enjoy the gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as you whip up your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has a large 4-shelf pantry to fill with your favorite foods. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests, and there are 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

In the primary bedroom, wake up each morning to the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico while snug beneath the covers of the king-size bed. In the afternoon, take a break from your fun-filled day to nap on the cozy bed or watch a show on the flat-screen TV. The bedroom offers ample storage for your belongings in the 3 and 6-drawer dressers, 2 double-drawer nightstands, and a semi-walk-in closet. Pamper yourself in the primary ensuite, featuring a beautiful granite vanity with double sinks and a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom is roomy and boasts a king-size bed. It's the perfect spot to take a break in the afternoon to lay back and watch a show on the flat-screen TV. The washer and dryer are tucked behind a door in the corner; you won't notice they are there. Store your belongings in the 3-drawer dresser with attached mirror, double-drawer nightstands, and closet with upper shelf.

The dreamy second guest bedroom is a large room with comfortable twin and full-size beds to ensure a restful night of sleep. It has a large flat-screen TV and a closet with an upper shelf and extra pillows. A large utility closet is on the far side of the room, with room to store suitcases and other belongings.

The spacious guest bathroom is shared between the guest bedrooms and can be accessed from both guest bedrooms and the entryway hallway. It features a beautiful granite vanity with cupboard space below for toiletries and additional storage in a 5-shelf linen closet. Enjoy a hot bubble bath in the newly remodeled tub/shower combo.

The Saida Condominium Community offers a variety of amenities to enhance your relaxing getaway. Stroll around the spacious courtyard adorned in exotic foliage to enhance your tropical escape. Stop by the activity center (seasonal) to rent equipment for a thrilling game of tennis, four courts available, or a competitive game of shuffleboard, or take a dip in one of three dazzling beachfront swimming pools (heated in the winter). Quench your thirst with a refreshing, cool drink from one of two poolside snack bars (seasonal). Lounge chairs surround each sparkling pool to attain a sun-kissed glow while you lie back and listen to the relaxing ocean waves dancing back and forth along the shoreline. Missing the sand between your toes, enjoy private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach and crystal-clear Gulf of Mexico. Seasonal beach rentals are available (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.) In the evening, unwind in one of four hot tubs as you gaze at the spectacular starry sky.

If you decide to leave Saida Condominium Community for a bite, there are local favorites within walking distance: Ceviche Ceviche, Russo's Pizzeria South Padre Island, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. To experience adventures along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the island's north side, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe various bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark, which has outdoor and indoor water features and rides. We loved everything about our stay, it was absolutely amazing. The place looked better in person, the beds were comfy, and the view from the balcony was the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Solid unit, would rent again.

The property was in a great location. nice tennis courts, pool, beach access. Several of the beds had sand in them the first night in, floors were sandy. Not the landlords fault but the last night out the unit above had an angry tenant who was cleaning their unit and moving furniture around until almost midnight which was very disappointing even though I asked them to stop. I guess that's the nature of multifamily.

Perfect weekend.

We’ve stayed at this property before but in a different and we’d come back anytime! We celebrated my fathers birthday who passed in September. He loved South Padre when we stayed here before and I’m so happy it was available. Thank you for everything!

Awesome view!

Loved the view and short distance to beach! So convenient, easy check in/out process. The front two rooms are dark and my suggestion would be to install ceiling lights or lamps.

GREAT STAY! Would totally rent again!

The place is exactly described, plenty of room and room space! Balcony is perfect for beach views and hanging out. Kitchen had everything thing we needed (but we also brough ALOT OF STUFF) and additional pots and coffee maker. Linens amd towels were clean. Front desk down the street was very very nice! They picked up right away when I called. Upon arrival, we DID have an issue with the doorpad code not working. Then the concierge (while on the phone) helped us out by giving us a temp code and said someone would be out tomorrow morning. Low and behold.. they were so prompt, they had someone out in about 20 minutes! We stayed in Saida Tower IV 50, the one thing that I believe was a slight downfall, was the balcony flooring.. it was always so sticky (and yes, I understand we have beach air, but this was a different stickiness), and I thought initially it was just us, and that we kept bringing sand in the house. So, we kept sweeping and mopping in the house.. and our feet would be clean, but when we step onto the balcony and come back in, it was always black. Then, we looked over at other balcony floors and realized everyone else had tiles or some kind of flooring for their balconys...except ours. I would suggest a little upgrade on that. Other than that, eveything was absolutely great!! It really helped that the pet area was right there also! The beach literally was not a far walk at all, and that itself was VERY clean as well! I would suggest, if you're doing a long stay, bring your own toiletries like shampoo and etc... also, garbage bags, paper towels, oh and there is a washer/dryer which was also very very helpful, but don't forget to also bring detergent and such. One other thing, the floors are kind of thin because we were able to hear every single drop of noise upstairs, but we just slept through it.

A great place to stay and enjoy the beach!

It is a great condo, very spacious and well equipped...(would have liked some wine glasses though) Nice view from the balcony. Easy access to the semi-private beach. Gated community with free parking on premises. It was a wonderful weekend!
