WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We invite you to stay in our cozy one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo, which has amazing ocean views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony and bedroom. You'll feel pampered with beachfront swimming pools and private direct ocean access to the soft sandy beach.

Our living area offers plenty of seating for the whole group. Take in the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, or enjoy your favorite movie gathered around the flat-screen TV and DVD player. Guests can use the pull-out sofa bed when it's time to hit the hay.
Bonus: Furry friends are welcome, so bring along your small pup to join the fun.

Our kitchen is equipped to whip up a quick breakfast or a sit-down seafood feast for the group. Enjoy your meals in our charming dining area with a counter-height dining table that seats 4, or sip a fresh cup of coffee at the breakfast bar that seats 4. Our primary bedroom has a king bed for a great night's sleep and boasts excellent views of the beach. The primary bedroom has plenty of storage space with our large, mirrored dresser and bedside tables. At the end of a long day on the beach, freshen up in the bathroom with a double sink and walk-in shower.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- The pet fee is $25 per day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

DISCLAIMERS

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
- The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
- Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
- Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
- Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
- The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
- The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Wonderful property. We’ve stayed at Saida for decades and have stayed in a few different condos. This 1 bedroom was perfect for our long weekend. Well decorated, comfortable furniture, and a well stocked kitchen.

The place was good; I just didn’t like the pool to stay open until 11:00pm, to me that’s too late. Friday September 29, around 11:30pm – 12:00pm somebody was playing loud super loud music with the balcony door open. These are my only two problems.Would I say this place again???

Perfect South Padre Island getaway. Resort had EVERYTHING needed. Beautiful ocean view right outside the balcony. Resort was very comfortable and very easy access to everything around (food, entertainment, ocean, swimming pools). No disruptions or distractions. We surly will be coming back to the same resort...Smiles

Nice view, we took our own bed comforter and pillows, and sheets which help in our sleep during stay. Only issue was odor of "Dog" in apartment, probably needs to be taken care of. On property saw a possum which was injured and told outside landscape person about it and he just said city would take care of it, ugly site. Also too many possums seen on property running around even during early morning. Need to be gotten removed??

VERY bad Matress

We booked a 4 night stay, checking in on a Saturday. We spent 2 sleepless nights due to a failed mattress that should have been thrown out 10 years ago. We had to sleep on the sofa. We went to the office to find the property manager on a Monday morning, and he was not in that day and no one else could help us. We checked out and drove home. Vacay ruined. No refund yet. We'll see.

South Padre Island visit

First time visitors to South Padre Island and not sure what to expect. Check in was seamless and easy. The condo was as advertised, well equipped, spacious and clean.The bed left a little to be desired and the furniture, though clean and in good shape was somewhat uncomfortable.We would stay again if the mattress and couch were replaced.

Really enjoyed everything about this place! Views were fantastic! Condo had quite a few amenities. Really like the sleigh bed but it did sink a little too much. Other than that was an enjoyable perfect stay! We didn’t want to leave!

Excellent condo! Great location! Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Very safe and secure location! Saida Towers building and the grounds are constantly being clean and are well maintained.

It was great with exception of no Kleenex box in bathroom and the sheets were very uncomfortable. Also higher chairs on the deck outside for a better view. Maybe a small cooler to take to the pool as the hits were not open. Whole property was very well maintained!!

Perfect location on SPI

Condo is perfect for a couple. The view and sounds of the ocean are awesome. The condo is close to many amenities such as restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. The beach is a few steps from the property. The kitchen is very well equipped with all we needed. The King bed is ultra soft and took some getting used to but not a problem. The towels can be swapped out for no charge as well as the linens. W/D 1 floor up. Should we come back to SPI I would definitely stay here again

You’ll leave wanting more!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! It was very relaxing! The condo did not disappoint! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the fireworks in the evening on the bay side! In which we could see outside the front door! The pools were great and accommodating! I’m a teacher and it was a great relaxing trip! A big thank you to the owners in opening up their home to us and especially our fur baby! She was definitely the star of the trip in getting all the attention! This is definitely on our list of favorite places to stay! We will be back!
