It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor bar & grill, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
POLICIES & INFO
- Our home is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- Guest capacity is strictly enforced.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.
- We strive to update our photos and listing descriptions regularly; however, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in photos or descriptions.
- Our staff works diligently to maintain sanitation and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please contact our front office so we may promptly address your needs.
