    Our sun-filled, airy vacation home is the ideal romantic getaway for any couple. There is a beachfront, 6th-floor (top floor) balcony with a panoramic view of this very social and spacious resort and the beach. The stunning view at night will be the most romantic backdrop you've ever experienced. Our cozy living area has large beachfront windows that let in the light and view of the shore. Our open-floor plan gives you a view from every living space. Our dining area has a cozy area for 4 and a matching breakfast bar for those late light snacks or early morning feasts. Our fully equipped kitchen is home to full-size appliances, shelving, and many other goodies that will help you prepare that romantic dinner for two or a casual meal for you and your guests. Last but certainly not least is our tastefully refreshing primary bedroom suite. It features a view of the beach, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom. You'll have plenty of room to unpack and a TV to enjoy. If you bring a guest or two along, you'll be glad that our living area sofa has a sofa sleeper and a guest bathroom for your convenience.     Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

    All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

    The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.

Great view! Amenities and pool facilities were great. The door to the balcony sticks and is difficult to open and close. The condo does get very sandy from blowing from the beach. Furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable. The only real disappointment was that the “Welcome Center” is located 3 miles away and difficult to access without a vehicle. The property is very south on the island so many places are only accessible by Uber or renting a golf if you don’t have a vehicle on site. Overall the experience was great and the beach was super close and clean. Great place to stay with minimal crowds and very relaxing.

Great location. The views from everywhere in the house are amazing. Close walk to beach . Has everything you need . Pools & hot tubs are great & grounds are kept very clean. Great condo !

Property location is fantastic. The view is wonderful. A little outdated, but a very nice Condo.

The water pressure was very low and the sofas and beds were a little uncomfortable, but if your going for the view and beach access, this is the place.

What a view!

The condo was as described on the website. It is easy to access, clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. The view is just wonderful. A 4 minute walk and your on the beach. I plan on coming back.

Lovely little condo overlooking the beach!

I’m glad to say that the TVs pictured in the listing are not the ones we had access to! They are smart TVs, so I’m glad we took the chance to book it. It is a 6th floor condo (

Fabulous view!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful view of the beach and pools. King size bed was super comfy. Lighting in the master bath is very dim. Everything else was as expected.

First Trip to Padre

Loved the location! Views were amazing and the beach and pools were great! The condo worked very well and except for a few cosmetic flaws it was perfect. I understand how the weather there makes it hard to keep the finishes perfect. Need to ditch the plastic plants unless you can keep them dusted☹️

Property was comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. I only have two suggestions. Have a Keurig coffee pot and limit pool hours for children. Adults only after 9 PM.

Expensive, great location, “tired furnishings”.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped. The living room sofa etc looked old and dirty. The furniture On the deck smelled of cat urine. This continued after management cleaned it once. Cockroach exterminator was needed towards the end of our stay. Disappointed considering the price. Location excellent!

There was a dead roach on the kitchen floor when we first walked into the unit. I called to complain about this issue and they offered to put a ticket in to exterminate the unit. I declined this offer because I have bad lungs and did not want to be exposed to the chemicals. I then killed two more roaches during the stay.

Texas Vacay

We loved everything about our stay. Yes, furniture in living area is uncomfortable, the couch really. But that wouldn't stop me from returning to this condo. Balcony door is hard to open and close. That was not a problem for us but older people may not be able to open it or close it. It was windy and beautiful but we never got to rent the chairs and umbrellas due to the weather they said. This was a beautiful area with heated pools and great laundry area. Security was really nice. Thanks

Check in was super easy. We were about an hour early, but our rental was ready and we were allowed to check in early. The unit was clean, had a fabulous view of the beach and ocean. We watched a fireworks display from our balcony that was done on the water... spectacular! The only ossues we experienced were that the TV in the livingroom would not come on and the elevator was not working for about 24 hours. We used the stairs and got our steps in, but the 6th floor was a ways up. Overall, it was a great stay for the price and we would stay there again.
