WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our sun-filled, airy vacation home is the ideal romantic getaway for any couple. There is a beachfront, 6th-floor (top floor) balcony with a panoramic view of this very social and spacious resort and the beach. The stunning view at night will be the most romantic backdrop you've ever experienced. Our cozy living area has large beachfront windows that let in the light and view of the shore. Our open-floor plan gives you a view from every living space. Our dining area has a cozy area for 4 and a matching breakfast bar for those late light snacks or early morning feasts. Our fully equipped kitchen is home to full-size appliances, shelving, and many other goodies that will help you prepare that romantic dinner for two or a casual meal for you and your guests. Last but certainly not least is our tastefully refreshing primary bedroom suite. It features a view of the beach, a king-size bed, and a private bathroom. You'll have plenty of room to unpack and a TV to enjoy. If you bring a guest or two along, you'll be glad that our living area sofa has a sofa sleeper and a guest bathroom for your convenience. WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Was it spacious? Yes! Dated? Yes! Plenty of places to sit? Yes! Furniture comfortable? Not the slightest! Would I stay again? In a heartbeat! The view was great! The balcony was shaded all day long! It was a perfect week for my husband and me.

Property was clean and view was fabulous. Balcony door needs to be repaired/replaced (sticking, difficult to close and lock). Toilet in master is way too low - not sure what the installer was thinking. There was no ice and no kleenex which is sort of assumed to be included. Otherwise everything was in working order and A/C was perfect.

Pros: great view of the beach and ocean, location is wonderful, ac works great, 2 bathrooms, lots of space, new door lock works so much better, employees working on the property are friendly and courteous, the pool area has a walk up bar with good frozen drinks.Cons: you have to go off site to take dirty towels and pick up clean ones, the couch absolutely sucks (sinks clear down and can't get out, sleeper is uncomfortable), needs sprucing up, dishwasher was broken and plug for kitchen sink didn't work which made me question how housekeeping washes and sterilizes dirty dishes, water pressure is really poor (can't get shampoo out of your hair), toilets sit super low, parking sucks.The pool area is nice and clean, but music and pool should close at 10p not 11p. The loud music and drunks in the pool area whoopin and hollering is annoying, kids screaming.I had to call property twice for quick questions, the guy had a short rude tone.

The property was okay. The doors all stuck or jammed. The dishwasher doesn’t work and has a semi-permanent sign on it. The ceiling has water stains. Part of the ceiling plaster is missing over the shower. The floor was sandy and gritty feeling before we had been to the beach. The place just needs some care.

There was a dead roach on the kitchen floor when we first walked into the unit. I called to complain about this issue and they offered to put a ticket in to exterminate the unit. I declined this offer because I have bad lungs and did not want to be exposed to the chemicals. I then killed two more roaches during the stay.

Expensive, great location, “tired furnishings”.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped. The living room sofa etc looked old and dirty. The furniture On the deck smelled of cat urine. This continued after management cleaned it once. Cockroach exterminator was needed towards the end of our stay. Disappointed considering the price. Location excellent!

We loved everything about our stay. Yes, furniture in living area is uncomfortable, the couch really. But that wouldn't stop me from returning to this condo. Balcony door is hard to open and close. That was not a problem for us but older people may not be able to open it or close it. It was windy and beautiful but we never got to rent the chairs and umbrellas due to the weather they said. This was a beautiful area with heated pools and great laundry area. Security was really nice. Thanks

First Trip to Padre

Loved the location! Views were amazing and the beach and pools were great! The condo worked very well and except for a few cosmetic flaws it was perfect. I understand how the weather there makes it hard to keep the finishes perfect. Need to ditch the plastic plants unless you can keep them dusted☹️

Beach Front Condo

Check-in is at another location. Location of condo is beach front, just steps away from the beach. The grounds are nice and clean. Pools were clean. Cleanliness of condo was so-so. Shower curtain was molded. Light plates were dirty. The coffee pot heating element was rusted out and not safe for use. We were there for 10 days, so I bought a new one, so we could have coffee. The sleeper couch was not comfortable seating and could hardly get up off of it, had some questionable stains on it. My main complaint was, the whole clean towel procedure. You have to take your dirty towels to a whole other location and switch them out for clean ones, only between 11a & 3p, so inconvenient. I also don't think loud music should be allowed at the pools. It echos up into condo rooms. were clean.

Disappointed

This was our first time to SPI and while the location of this condo was perfect, the furniture, the bedding, the silverware, glassware, & bathroom vanities were all so dated it was as if we stepped back in time. Furniture is uncomfortable. There was no comforter on the bed. It was a fleece blanket. The sheets were too big, the mattress topper too small and there was a plastic mattress protector under all of that which was too big so sheets came off corners all night long. The kitchen was equipped very minimally. There were two corkscrews but no wine glasses. Really cheap silverware, not enough glasses, knives that wouldn't cut a cucumber. The view was fantastic, and the pools were well maintained. Great beach walking. We liked the Saida complex as a whole just disappointed with the state of this condo. Upgrades to it would be very advisable.

Anniversary Trip

Overall the trip was okay. The condo was clean but the furniture needs to be updated. It wasn’t clean and was not comfortable. We encountered an odor of marijuana the first afternoon on our deck. Then the next several days it came into our condo through the ventilation. We called and complained but it never got any better. We both got headaches from it and had to leave a day early because we couldn’t stand it any longer.

Property was comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. I only have two suggestions. Have a Keurig coffee pot and limit pool hours for children. Adults only after 9 PM.

Beautiful views of the Golf

Great location. The views from everywhere in the house are amazing. Close walk to beach . Has everything you need . Pools & hot tubs are great & grounds are kept very clean. Great condo !
