While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

We call this "as you would expect in all ways" as just remodeled purchased specifically for short term higher end rentals, Owners spared no expense in achieving a really pleasant new vibe.
Bedding is king in master, then 2nd bedroom is a trundle. Queen on top that pulls out for another single under. There is a new pull out couch in living room
All furniture is brand new as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit in bedroom (sounds weird but isnt) as well as building has it paid for outside. We provide all towels and linens
While this is a 2nd floor unit in tower III, this means you get to avoid the elevator. Still decent view off the pool and nice patio to sip a margarita
Perhaps the nicest 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo in all of Saida inside!

You also must pick up parking permits at our office South Padre Trips. com 2600 Padre Blvd as they are required to enter property with vehicles. Max 2 parking permits

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages

We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify.
