    Edgewater ha sido un largo tiempo favorito "Isla del Padre Sur 'con Winter Texans y los visitantes de verano, que ofrece una ubicación conveniente y hermoso a un precio increíble. Recientemente remodelado condominio de piso quinto, en un complejo muy bien cuidado.
    Relájese en este hermoso condominio, disfrutar de la pista de tenis, un gran jacuzzi de hidromasaje y piscina frente al mar, también cómodo patio con sillas.

    Recibir el amanecer desde el Golfo de México y la puesta de sol desde la Laguna Madre. La cocina está completamente equipada con platos, vasos, ollas y sartenes, etc. 2 SMART TV de 40 ", televisión plana de 30".

    Really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was a passcode change mid stay that created some confusion. Other than that, it was it was very nice.

    we had a wonderful stay & plan to book again on our next trip. the only complaint was the ongoing sidewalk construction during our stay made it a little harder to access the gate going to the beach.

    Amazing beach view from balcony and beach is only a few minutes walk from room. Also a good view for the Friday night fireworks

    We had a great few days of sun and sand. Our host communicated with us timely. The view was wonderful from the 5th floor balcony. We made it out just in time for the spring breakers to arrive!

    Great little get-a-way over the holiday weekend. Got off to a rocky start due to airline issues and wasn't able to arrive until the next day, but not the hosts fault at all. Rest of our stay was great.

    We were here last year same place, same dates! Secure, clean, perfect location. This is our favorite place and we definitely will be back! Thank you for a perfect vacation!

    Great gulf views.

    We loved the location of this property and the great beach views. Walking distance to restaurants. Grounds are nicely maintained and the pool well kept.

    We had a great stay at Edgewater. The condo was immaculate and well furnished and the facility was well maintained and secure. Perfect beach.

    Great vacation rental

    We really enjoyed our stay! Only left to get food, go to the beach and use the pool. Otherwise the view was spectacular and we didn't need to go anywhere else! 10/10 would do again

    Condo had plenty of space for storage and was very clean! We had to have a faucet replaced which was done in two days. Very quiet area! Would return another time!

    Perfect location

    Well kept clean condo. The beds were comfortable, everything worked as advertised. Definitely will look for this same property next year when we come to SPI for our usual 2 weeks.

    Our new favorite condo!!!

    This was our first time in South Padre Island and this condo did not disappoint! We loved that this condo had everything we needed! Beds were very comfy! Full size washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and great views!!! We also loved that the actual condo building was not over run with people! It was very calm and relaxing! We will definitely be returning next year!

    Ok overall but some items need updating. Some electrical outlets didnt work. Guest bathroom needs to be updated especially if the condo is advertised as "luxury."

    Great views!

    This was a great location and the condo was perfect for our little family. We loved the fifth floor views of both the Gulf on one side and the fireworks from the other. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We were thrilled to get it since it was a last minute booking. In unit laundry was a huge plus, as well as having beach towels & toys. Thanks so much for letting us give our boys a beach stay! We love SPI and the central location of this condo was really nice.

    Spring break

    Condo is exactly as advertised. Great location, great property. Had an issue with the door lock but property manager was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Only thing I might recommend is to make it a little clearer on the check in instructions which codes are for the property gates vs which code is for the condo door. Thanks again!

    Edgewater is a great property. This is the third different room that we’ve stayed at there.the furniture and the beds were very comfortable, this condo needs a face lift. The master bedroom paint had stains on it. The master bathroom door closest to the toilet is splintered at the bottom.Both bathrooms fans were extremely noisy. The water pressure was not good. most of the wall outlets would not hold whatever we plugged into them. The lamps in the master bedroom kept going on and off on their own due to the bad wall outlets.
