This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-living room, resort-style home with a private pool comfortably sleeps 6-8 people with 4 Queen or King beds and has ample private parking for up to 4 cars. New in 2025, the 475 square foot garage has been converted into an insulated gameroom. Rainy days, no worries. Challenge your friends or kids to a spirited game of ping pong, darts, foosball or PacMan in the renovated space.

"Carolyn by the Sea" has been meticulously remodeled and decorated and features custom art, hand-painted surfboards, and mosaics throughout the house. Roomy and comfortable, the upstairs features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and large ceiling fans. Want adults in one living room and the kids in another? That's possible with two separate living areas; one upstairs and one downstairs, giving everyone ample room to enjoy different venues, games, and activities. Each living area has comfortable large couches and recliners for your group, along with large TVs equipped with Rokus and Spectrum Cable TV. Bring your Nintendo Switch and game on with the wall-mounted docks hooked up to the TVs. (You need to bring your own Switch). The downstairs area even has its own mini fridge and bar area. Dance, sing, or simply enjoy listening to your favorite tunes in the upstairs living room, backyard, front porch, and master bedroom with a Bluetooth-enabled sound system.

You might decide to take a break from eating at all the wonderful restaurants on the island and decide to eat-in on some nights. This kitchen is such a joy to cook in, gorgeous and functional. Not only is it fully stocked with all the basics - pots, pans, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances, you'll also find wonderful extras such as an InstaPot, Vitamix blender, air fryer and Keurig coffee machine. The lovely quartz countertops and large island are beautifully framed by brilliant teal blue glass tiles. The dining area features a custom-made table with comfortable seating for 6 with two additional barstools at the kitchen bar counter. Gorgeous!

Outdoors you'll find a private oasis filled with palms, floral tropical plants, and a private chilled heated pool surrounded by a stamped concrete patio. Sit back and relax on the new high-end Berlin Garden lounge chairs. While grilling, enjoy playing Cornhole along the back of the house or play fetch with your pup. This poolside outdoor dining area is just waiting for you to enjoy a meal prepared on the propane grill. Sip a cocktail or enjoy a meal as you watch the sunsets and listen to your tunes on the large, beautifully decorated, upstairs covered front porch. If you need to get away for some peaceful quiet time to relax or read, take a seat in the comfortable Adirondack chairs in the quaint, quiet, and fully shaded sitting area downstairs. Lush plants, painted surfboard art, and custom mosaic tiles embedded into the flooring add to the tranquil atmosphere.

If the weather turns bad or you need a break from sun outdoors, you'll never be bored with so many choices for inside fun. There is enough room to be all together in one of the living areas, or for each person to hide away in their own quiet space. In addition to the large game room and unique to any other homes on the island, you will find the upstairs “Game Closet” which holds, 60+ family games and puzzles, books to read, 200+ movies, karaoke machine, and a popcorn maker to keep the party going. For those that want to enjoy some personal screen time, high-speed Spectrum Wi-Fi internet has you covered. If you need a big screen, in addition to the two large TVs in the living rooms, each bedroom has its own 43 inch Samsung smart TV that is loaded with the Spectrum app --- Perfect for days or nights when you just want to stay inside.

At the end of the day it's time to relax and rest in one of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom features a private bath with shower, a luxurious comfy queen bed and a romantic electric fireplace. There is even a work desk with extra USB plugs and surge-protected power for those that choose to "work from anywhere". The second upstairs bedroom with a queen bed overlooks the backyard pool and shares a bathroom with a shower with the open kitchen/living area. The downstairs bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and has a private entrance to the bathroom shared with the downstairs living space. This bathroom is fitted with a shower as well. Please note that there are no tubs in the bathrooms. If you need more sleeping space, there is a hidden gem in the downstairs living area. The furniture under the wall-mounted TV is actually a Cabinet Murphy bed that folds out to reveal a queen-size memory foam bed. This surprisingly comfortable bed will accommodate two more people. There is a total of four very comfortable beds for up to 8 guests in total.

“Carolyn by the Sea” is located on a quiet, peaceful street with friendly neighbors that add to the quaintness and tranquility of the home. For your comfort and convenience, you will find a washer and dryer in the garage available for your use. Being dog lovers ourselves, we welcome well-behaved dogs. All this, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach access #21, a 7 minute walk to Wanna Wanna, one of the most popular dog friendly beach bar and grills on the island, and a 2 minute walk to the neighborhood convenience store and local liquor store, and the 5200 block of specialty shops including Art*Sea, Karma Coffee, Ship Shape and Charmed.

Every stay at 120 E. Carolyn includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.
