Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Everything was great, the only things I did not like but you can see it in the pictures is that it needs a renovation on de furniture and kitchen. Other thing that I did not liked was that the kitchen lacked of things, I had to buy an oven tray, a lemon squeezer, tupperware and some other stuff.Overall we enjoyed our stay!

It was okay but not at that price point.

As stated in the title, the condo was okay but not at that price point. The exhaust fan didn’t work in the Master bathroom. The ductwork needs to be looked at as it was warm in the Master bedroom. The whole condo needs a facelift, especially the living room furniture as well as the patio furniture.

Very clean place and we enjoyed our stay. They were gracious enough to call and offer a better place due to the swimming pool being out of service and not charge us any extra. We loved the place we stayed at and will stay there again for sure

Great for families!

Ocean Vista is a well maintained property with nice pools/outdoor areas/elevators and perfect location for the beach. The condo was very comfortable and, except for sticking sliding doors and a broken bathtub drain, was is good condition. We enjoyed our stay!
