✔ Private parking is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Vehicles MUST have a valid parking permit on their dashboard. A parking permit can be found in the farthest back drawer in the kitchen.
✔ Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The pool, hot tub, and sun deck are shared building amenities.

✔ La Internacional has a very nice pool which is heated in the winter.
