  • Nuestro recientemente renovado condominio en el piso 8 en Saida IV tiene impresionantes vistas del golfo. Nuestro balcón está a la sombra toda la tarde con una agradable brisa del océano. Hay 3 piscinas, 3 jacuzzis, 4 canchas de tenis, shuffleboard y comida junto a la piscina y cabañas de bar (según la temporada). A poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y Schlitterbahn, Saida es un lugar ideal para familias o adultos.
    Nuestro condominio tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos, una lavadora / secadora, y le brindamos acceso al armario de los propietarios con sillas de playa, juguetes, tablas de surf, tablas de tenis, raquetas de tenis, etc.) Un gran beneficio para mantener su embalaje al mínimo!

We enjoyed staying at the condo which was nicely stocked with items we needed for cooking and hanging out at the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. It is located close to the elevators and luggage trolleys are available to transfer all of your stuff from parking lot to the front door. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views ... perfect for our family of 4. Accessibility to pool, hot tubs, and ocean was perfect! We are grateful for our stay here!

Great location. Easy access to beach, restaurants and 10 minutes from H-E-B in Port Isabel. The unit is very comfortable, nice kitchen and balcony. We had access to three swimming pools. Parking is secured for additional peace of mind. Thank you.

We had a very nice stay at this location. There were 3 pools to choose from and chairs were always available. The beach is just steps away from the condo. Communication was excellent. Thank you!

Relaxing!

We stayed 5 nights and had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Jeremy was outstanding to work with and had excellent recommendations for sights and restaurants. Great location and amenities!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We loved the condo and the property, there was so much to do, even on a rainy day! We loved the view, and everything was as advertised. A great relaxing stay!

I love how the host was very detailed oriented when it came to the check-in process. everything was smooth sailing and the condo itself was very clean. It is an older condo, but I knew that going in and it still gave a very cozy vibe and my family really enjoyed staying there. The only issue I had was that theWi-Fi in the master bedroom wasn’t working but the living room TV was working just fine. Other than that. Everything was excellent. The pools were clean. The Jacuzzis were warm and it was an easy access of walking to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for any future families interested in booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, and we had an amazing time enjoying the beach and everything the area had to offer.The only downside was that there was extremely loud construction taking place in a neighboring condo during part of our stay. However, the host reached out as soon as they became aware of the issue, checked in on us, and went above and beyond to make things right. Their communication, kindness, and genuine concern for our experience were truly appreciated.Despite the unexpected construction, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to others. The exceptional hospitality made all the difference, and we would happily stay here again!

Great customer service and location

Jeremy was a great host who was extremely responsive to our various questions/needs. The location was walking distance to various food options while also being an easy walk to the beach. Great view from the balcony.

Everything was great!!

Weather was the only issue but what are you going to do?🤷‍♂️ Instructions were great, check in was the easiest ever for VRBO, and the condo was exactly as listed. If we’re ever in SPI again, will absolutely stay here!

Very nice condo, roomy, and convenient

Close to elevator for quick access downstairs. Comfortable beds. Great balcony view of the pools and beach. Entrance is off the main road which allows for easy in and out. Owner was very helpful and attentive!

Great place to stay in SPI

Condo was very nice, clean, well stocked. Beautiful view, resort was nice. Owner Jeremy was very helpful and communicated very well. King bed very comfy. Nice that had the beach chairs to use. Resort was not super busy even though it was Easter break, could always get into the hot tub. We Would stay here again! Glad we stayed here, overall great!

Awesome stay!

Condo was great. Very clean and just as described. Owner was very hospitable and had great info on restaurants and activities. We had no hot water when we arrived and Island Services, property management, was very quick to get the problem resolved.

Felt Like Home

The condo was nice, clean and well equipped. Hosts contacted me ahead of time to advise me to pack coffee and beach towels and a few other things. They stayed in touch to make sure we got in and everything was as stated, then thanked us for staying. Great view of the beach, three minute walk. Grounds were nice, well maintained and close to the strip. Excellent stay.
