  • ¡Nueva construcción! Casa ultra moderna frente al mar! 5106B es una casa elegante frente al mar que cuenta con 5 habitaciones, 5 1/2 baños y tiene capacidad para 14 personas. Pase por la puerta hacia una cocina prístina y completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una gran isla central. El plano de planta de concepto abierto le permite a usted y sus invitados fluir a través de la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar, lo que la convierte en la casa perfecta para recibir a familiares y amigos. El salón cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana grande y se abre a la zona de la piscina.

    La planta baja cuenta con un dormitorio de invitados equipado con una cama king size y baño privado. Las otras tres habitaciones con camas King, Queen y tamaño completo, así como sus propios baños privados, están ubicadas en el segundo piso, junto con la Master Suite y espacio adicional para dormir con una litera tamaño Twin, ideal para niños o adolescentes. La suite principal incluye una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, balcón privado frente al mar y baño principal privado. El baño tiene una bañera increíble, una ducha a ras de suelo, un tocador grande con dos lavabos y un espejo de tocador bien iluminado.

Second stay at this house because it’s a great location! The hot tub never worked and equipment is pretty old. In fairness we didn’t call to ask about getting it fixed during our stay but it didn’t worked a couple of years ago when we were there before so they know they just don’t do anything about it. Now if only they would do some upgrades to the furnishings. Beds are extremely loud and uncomfortable, and there aren’t any chairs on the upstairs patio. What a great place to watch the sunrise and lookout at the water but where are the chairs? We had to carry chairs from downstairs.

Had a wonderful vacation. The unit was very nice, and had almost everything one would need for the stay.We did have a small problem, which when we called they came right over and took care of. Would diffidently stay there again in the future.

Beautiful property. Loved it

Great experience beautiful property. Really enjoyed the location, central and easy walking around. Private beach access was great. Private pool and hot tub excellent. Management was extremely easy to deal with. Highly recommend this property! First time in South Padre we will be back.

Fantastic Amenities!

This was a fantastic house for our recent vacation with four couples. The view was also amazing to watch not only Sunrises but Moonrises too! The folks at SPI Rentals were awesome to deal with and made it an easy experience. We will definitely be back - thank you for the memories!

Great for family gathering

This was our 3rd stay here. It is the perfect size for our family. Great for easy access to the beach, especially with little ones. SPIRentals has been very professional, friendly, and responsive to any needs during our stay. Highly recommend, just not on the dates we want to return :)

5106B Gulf Blvd

This place was beautiful and the beach was perfect. They were working on the ramp to get to the beach from the back of the house the first 2 days so we walked down the road to public access but it was done before we left and we're able to use it! The house is huge and every bedroom had a tv with Netflix and their own bathroom which was very nice!

The condo was true to size. The staircase is very steep!! Anyone taking an elderly family member, I would not recommend the upstairs rooms. Anyone taking a toddler, please take a baby gate. The distance to the beach is short walk. Bonus...there's a great burger/bar next door!!

We had a wonderful experience at 5106B Gulf Blvd. Everything worked!! The TV's all worked without issues. Last year we stayed at a unit that had multiple issues. Being here was an enjoyable experience with no problems. Compliments to the owner for having everything in such good working order. We hope to stay there again next year!!

Outstanding SPI Vacation

Loved this beachfront location and layout. Beach access was great making it easy to haul our carts and canopies. The downstairs bedroom, kitchen, and living area were exactly what we needed for our older family members that don't use stairs. Having a half bath downstairs was an added bonus. The four remaining upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for everyone else. We highly recommend this location and hope to stay here in the future.

The location was wonderful, management company was easy to contact and willing to help.

The location was wonderful and the space was great. Instructions for locks, spa and check out were either missing or inaccurate. That being said the management company was easy to contact and more than willing to come to the house to help us out. The spa was difficult to keep heated so we could continue to use it (similar to the other reviews). We had a wonderful girls trip and would recommend for others.

Beautiful Clean and comfortable

Stayed with family and friends for a Memorial service. The beds were awesome comfortable. Every single one!! I tryed them all. The kitchen was full of all kinds of cooking utensils ~ we brought our chef. He loved the gas stove! The AC worked well minor issue called & they fixed it immediately at 10pm at night! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Highly recommend!
