Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on South Padre Island. It is just half a block from the beach, making it the perfect place for families or groups of friends to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a private restroom. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, making this condo suitable for up to 6 guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located for the second and third bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and basic cooking supplies, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. A dining area with a table and 6 chairs is perfect for enjoying meals together.

Take a dip in the T-shaped pool located in the complex, which is perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. You'll also love the easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, making it a breeze to explore everything South Padre Island has to offer.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

South Padre Vacay

Clean house but too much furniture. Pool extremely small and neighborhood a little run down. All the extra fees were extreme; cleaning fee but i still had to throw the trash. Communication was mediocre at the least.

2nd time - still loving it!

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property and we really love it. Perfect size to fit our family. Property is clean and well maintained. We love the extras provided like the laundry baskets, night lights, closet hangers etc. Not a lot of room if you bring food and plan to have food at the house, but we typically just move or consolidate all the mugs/glassware. We do appreciate the plastic dishes for the kids and the nicer dishes for the adults. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

Great central licatuin

This place was very clean, had everything we needed, and more. It was compact in design, but well designed. Enough room for our family of 6. 1 block from the beach, and blocks away from multiple restaurants and shops. On the corner, you can rent several types of golf-cart to drive around in. SPI b aches are clean and water was perfect.

Family tradition

We like to go to SPI every year for a quick break and this was our first time staying at this property. For us this was the BEST place we have been and we loved it. The place was stocked with everything you could need and more. Our complaints at other properties have been things like hangers, nightlights etc and this property thought of every little thing I could think of. They even had a wagon, towels and beach chairs for you to borrow and outdoor chairs and grill (we didn’t use it but looks nice). Plenty of room on the property for the 4 of us to stretch out and have our space. Lots of dishes, which did make it harder to put food away, but nice to have all the dishes. We will be looking to book this property again in our future visits!
