Whether you are looking for a property to host a family reunion, a large group of friends getting together, or accommodating a large family and friends gathering, this is the house for you! Boasting 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a heated private pool and hot tub! This well-designed vacation rental property is set up to accommodate large groups. The decor throughout this property is colorful and bright with a coastal touch. The large windows allow a lot of natural light to come in and makes for a nice lodging experience. This property entails three separate accommodations. On the upper level Villa #1 and Villa #2 and on the lower level Villa #3, which is located ground-level with the beautiful pool directly outside the back door.

Villa #1: This Villa offers guests 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bath tub). Guests will walk into a nice open living area featuring a large flat-screen 3D TV, ample seating, vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace with adjustable heat. The fireplace also has a wide array of flame colors!
Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the nicely designed kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils.

Villa #2: This Villa offers guests 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests will enjoy the spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, ample seating and vaulted ceilings. The grey ottoman located in the living area opens up to a twin bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
The kitchen is located just off the living area. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils making preparing meals a breeze! The dining area located next to the living room and kitchen features a six-person dining table which is perfect to have family meals.

Villa #3: This Villa offers guests 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in the nicely designed open kitchen/dining area with barbecue located outside in the pool area. The travertine paved pool area has plenty of outdoor seating and the sparkling pool features a hot tub and bubbling tanning deck to enjoy South Padre Island's sunshine and warm tropical climate!
