House Rules:
• Maximum occupancy limit: 6 guests
• No invited Guests are allowed.
• To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid Id (with photo and signature).
• No smoking allowed
• All persons are required to wear wristbands.
• Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
• This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option to pay for the pet fee. You are allowed to bring up to 2 small family dogs or cats.
• Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R. V.`s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
• Bbq Grills: Available in the designated “Palenque” area. Perfect for a lovely outdoor meal with family or friends. 2 Burner Bbq Grill: $40.00 and 4 Burner Bbq Grill: $50.00
• Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed.
• We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Beach getaway was great!! Spent some time with our adult children and the unit served us all very well. We appreciated the many pool areas the resort had to offer and easy access to the beach. Very pleasant stay. We would certainly return. Plus, their was a wedding proposal we got to celebrate!

Perfect!

I was in town for work and didn’t want to spend 9 days in a hotel and k found this lovely gem. It was just what I needed and loved my stay! I plan on staying there every time I am visiting South Padre!

Not an accurate description

Our stay was fine BUT this unit is NOT a GULF view at all and he advertised that it is. It says it has “gorgeous gulf views and a large balcony to enjoy it from” which it totally not true. We had informed him of this and he said he would change the description. But still, it was falsely advertised.

Padre Island vacay

This property is awesome. The rental was great, very clean, all the amenities, and a great property w hottubs and pools and very conveniently located for all the activities on the island.
