Disappointed in the fact that the kitchen lacked cleaning products such as dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish rags and trash bags. There was also no seasonings in order to cook. It would have been nice to have extra blankets and towels as well. Also, no window covering in the port hole windows made the rooms bright at night because of property lighting and of course early sunlight coming into the rooms. The mattresses were very uncomfortable making for a restless sleep.

The resort is wonderful. But this condo was awful!! Roaches everywhere. The dishwasher did not work! The day we checked in I received a text that the upstairs air conditioner was not working and someone would be coming the next morning to fix it. They finally showed up to fix it 2 days later. We had maintenance there until midnight the first night working on the toilet in the bathroom that would not flush and the sewer smell was so bad we had to stay out on the balcony with our young children. The hot water in the shower does not work nor does it work at the kitchen sink. Non of the plug ins in the living room will hold a phone charger in them without them falling out on the floor and that’s if the plugs work at all, there were several in the living room that did not even work. We also spoke to several other guests during our stay that were complaining of having some of the same issues! I have requested a refund but probably won’t get that either as every person that has contacted me about our problems has been someone different.

Uncomfortable for the price/Major roach issues

Location is perfect and the outside is pretty and only a 3 minute walk to the beach.The condo itself is not what expected for the money. They have a roach infestation. They crawl on the counters where you prep the food and all over the kitchen walls and bathrooms. Microwave is infested we didn't use it for this reason. The couch is old ready to be replaced you sink in when you sit on it it's very uncomfortable. Every single bed need to be replaced it squeaks and cracks with every movement. You will definitely get the worse sleep of your life. The split unit upstairs doesn't cool. I'm sure I'm not the first guest to complain on it yet nothing was done. They brought an old fan and claimed they needed a part but nobody ever went on the roof to check. I wish there would've been more honest reviews on this place. If you're planning on staying here RUN! You dont want to be stressing on vacation like I did.

I didn’t get to stay here because when I checked in the condo was full of roaches. It was so bad. I have a 9 month & they were crawling everywhere.. the maintenance guy said is was an outbreak. Why wouldn’t you tell someone before getting there.. did you think we would’ve not noticed. I’m waiting for a refund. I would not get this condo again. I had to go pay double somewhere else..

German cockroaches

The condo that we booked at this place had an infestation of german cockroaches in the kitchen. They offered to spray and we could just go back to the room. So ridiculous. We ended up have to book another condo at a different location. Not once did management get in contact with me. Worst experience ever. The room was very outdated. Save your money and do not book here.

Floors, counters, microwave where FILTHY. Roaches EVERYWHERE. No hot water for TWO full days. No water pressure when we finally did get hot water. Communication basically all through AI, so no resolution. Did not even want to move our things into the unit, it was so filthy and requested another unit, but after half my party had been on the road for 17 hours and trying to communicate with the ANYBODY for 3 hours to resolve the issues, really had no choice but to stay. No coffee filters. EXPOSED wires (especially dangerous with a 6-yo child. This unit was very disappointing. Still waiting on a human to explain why at least a partial refund is not due, as we were told the only reason for moving us would be flood, fire, or no water - and we did not have hot water, so pretty much the same as no water.

Review

Was not able to comunnicate with property management. Had trouble locking the door, was given instruction to open a lockbox for keys, opened lockbox and there were no keys. Spent over 30 min trying to open the door. The pin that was originally provided stopped working and had to call and get 2 different pins to open it. But when we left a peace of clothing on the balcony they were quick to reach out and let us know it was against the rules.

Get away

Place needs a update carpet, paint appliances decor lots of the decor are damaged. The kitchen sink leaks and the bathroom showers are broken and water don't come out strong. No access to washer and dryer in the unit for 10 day stay and 4 towels in 2 bathrooms is nOt enough. The mop and broom where disgusting and the lock didnot always work. The set up of the living room was odd the wifi was slow. Thats due to the router hidden on the floor with lots of cords. Some of the plugs didnot have covers on them or didnot work. The bedroom lamp kept blinking on and off. The office desk didn't have a office chair. The tvs are outdated and not big at all. The kitchen items are missing things or look cheap and the dishwasher was not working well. But the location is nice and by the pool and hot tube.

Home and listing need an update and overhaul!!!

The location of this condo was great. Everything about the property was 5 stars. That's where it ends. The condo itself I would not return to. Broken toilet upon check-in. Master bed sounds like the springs are going to launch you into space. Living room couch dirty and broken. No washer/dryer. No additional towels to accommodate the lack of a washer and dryer. I had to do laundry mid-week at the laundromat. Not what anyone wants to do on vacation. The kitchen had very few utensils and no potholders. The listing does not mention that the resort rents beach cabanas and chairs. The information would have been nice so you don't have to haul everything. A few little improvements would have made the unit an option for future rentals but the lack of consideration for your guest was definitely felt. I will look for a different unit in the same complex.

Not clean and there was a leak in the sink they knew about but left a bowl to catch the water

Stayed with my family and cousins family over the 4th of July weekend. Check in was great and we have stayed at other condos on that property. This one was not cleaned thoroughly and was not very well maintained. We arrived at about 6pm and found someone changing our ac filter as we walked in. Mind u check in is at 4pm. Sheets had hair from previous guests and the entire place was very dusty. There was not enough towels or trash bags for that matter. We stayed there from Thursday to Tuesday. We also noticed that when we washed the dishes water was spilling into a bowl that they left since it did have a leak under the sink. Getting ahold of someone was almost impossible with the numbers vacasa provided. Till this day no one has contacted me from the number that was provided. We had to call the front office to see what they could do about the leak. I wish there was a place for photos so I can upload them as well

Great Location - Decent Property

Location was great! This building itself wasn't directly on the beach, but not a very long walk (property is huge). The pool and BBQ pit area is right outside this building too, so a great location. 3 stories with no elevator wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (stairs weren't steep). The property itself was nice! All 3 bedrooms were great sizes (enough room for our group of 10 with ample room for 2 airbeds - 1 to replace the fold out couch which wasn't very comfortable, and one fit with room to spare in the larger bedroom. The only reason I say "nice" and it's not at 5 stars is because it is a bit outdated with lots of little cosmetic damages (that we took pictures of and sent as we didn't want to get blamed for damages already there). There was also a couple of small plumbing issues that didn't become an issue until our last night there and the dishwasher didn't work. For as much as they charge, I believe the property should be in better condition. Our property manager was amazing though, they responded quickly, and were very helpful. Overall a great vacation, but I would recommend putting some work into the property.

Bit hard to find due to small signage. Checkin pretty simple. Room was clean but broken shower and sink clogged. Rooms are well laid out and spacious. Property is well cared for in the common areas. Beautiful pool. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. Very close to the beach. Grills were available by the pool, so we bought food. Then the next day they were gone. They wanted $50 to rent a grill! Whatever!

Good room layout

The three rooms each with Bathroom & TV was a good layout for three couples; we could retire to our private rooms. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and all the folks we met on the property were friendly.

Review

The suite was spacious, however there were several roaches throughtout the dwelling. The appliances were outdated, needs new paint overhaul, furniture is worn, water had no pressure, cosmetics are lacking. chalking is old, molded shower curtians.

Our stay was great! Neighbors downstairs complained they could hear every time we moved the chairs upstairs. Might want to consider putting something on the chairs to help with noise.
