The Space:

This large home is perfect for two families to share. Located less than 100 yards to the beach, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean from the 2nd floor patio off the living room and kitchen. Much of the furniture is new



There are 3 large bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. The downstairs bedroom is set up as a bunk room, with all new bedding - a bunk bed with a double over queen, two twin beds, and two futons that are technically full sized but more like twin XLs.



The upstairs spare bedroom has a queen over double bunk bed that is adult sized. The master bedroom features an en suite full bath and king bed. In the living room you will find very nice couches with a living room that opens to the dining an kitchen..



BBQing is allowed at the home on the back patio, please bring if you so desire.

A max of 4 vehicles are allowed at the home at any time, and a golf cart is considered in that max count. You may not park on side of road. One stall in the garage may be used for guests, FYI.



While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up



*Free Parking Off Street



The public beach access is at the end of this street, making going to the beach easy. There is an outdoor shower to get rid of the sand as well



This home is new to the short term rental market on airbnb, and was previously a private residence. The backyard has a small cement patio and nice sized grass area fenced in for kids or dogs. Pets must be declared - failure to do so results in eviction without refund.



A max of 16 guests (that includes infants) is allowed - over occupancy is not permitted and will result in immediate eviction without refund. This is not a party house - it is set up for families to enjoy. Property quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Loud noises including music are never allowed, nor are parties nor "get togethers" of non registered guests.

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb:



1.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esignprior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements



This house is pet friendly, however a max of 1 pets are allowed. The pet fee is $75 per pet. Pets may not be allowed on furniture, left alone in yard to bark, & all pet droppings must be picked up or a $150 fee will be charged to the card on file.

This home is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd open 9 am to 5 pm 7 days per week if you have questions or need assistance. We provide all bedding, towels, etc. as well as a starter pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper + soaps. It is not unlimited nor restocked please note or come prepared. There is a dollar general store on the island.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to all areas of the house. This includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the deck with views of the beach. The backyard is fenced and ideal for pets. There is free off-street parking for up to four vehicles, with one space in the garage available. Beach access is conveniently located at the end of the street. Remember to respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

Nestled in the heart of South Padre Island, our home offers easy access to the best the island has to offer. You're just a short walk from the beach, perfect for a day of sun and surf. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within a short drive. Enjoy fresh seafood at local restaurants or grab a casual bite at a nearby cafe. Several shops and convenience stores are also within easy reach, making it simple to stock up on essentials or browse for souvenirs. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and laid-back vibe, offering a true taste of island life. The free Island Transit bus service runs up and down Padre Blvd, providing easy access to all areas of the island.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy! The free Island Transit bus service runs along Padre Blvd, with a stop conveniently located near the property, offering access to all areas of the island. For those driving, free off-street parking is available for up to four vehicles. Please note that a golf cart is considered a vehicle and counts towards the parking limit. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), approximately a 35-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can utilize ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required after booking to maintain our city rental license. The primary guest must be 25 or older unless prior arrangements are made. The maximum occupancy is 16 guests, including infants. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No parties or loud music are allowed. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet; pets must be declared, leashed, and droppings picked up. Free off-street parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, including golf carts. Please ensure the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, dishes are in the dishwasher, and trash is taken out upon check-out.
