The Sunchase IV complex is amenity-rich, featuring two pools and hot tubs, children's pools, a 2nd-floor library, 2 BBQ areas with charcoal and gas pits, a fitness center, and a 7th-floor sundeck. This two-story condo is the perfect vacation spot!

This condo is well furnished and features several updates. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide guests with stunning views from the kitchen and living room. The balcony provides guests with a great spot to hangout and soak in the views. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, flat screen TV, and full bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two Queen beds, and also has a flat screen TV and full bathroom. The main living area is sleekly decorated and entails plenty of room to spread out and unwind after a day at the beach. Kick back on the couch and enjoy entertainment on the large flat screen TV! Adjacent to the living area is a fantastic open concept kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all pots, pans, and utensils you may need to prepare a fantastic meal.

Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
