Location! Location!! Location!!! Welcome to the freshly updated, tropical decorated and luxury furnished beachfront condo! This condo is a corner unit with awesome ocean view, private beach access, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and is centrally located on South Padre Island. Walking distance to restaurants and stores! Preview it with the reviews, pictures, and video.

This unit can house up to 10 people but if you have more than 10 people, you can book our 2nd unit (we have another one on the third floor) from us if available! You can potentially have a big group of up to 20 people for a full SPI vacation stay!!!

Kitchen is fully stocked and with everything you need to cook!

Living area is stacked with a 55” wall mount flat TV and DVD as well as a queen sleeper sofa, a Frances fabric push-back recliner, a leather recliner, and 3 comfortable fabric accent chairs.

Dining area with a 7-pieces wooden expandable dining table and chairs. 4 black wooden bar stools are ready for you to enjoy the wine that just cooled in the wine cooler. Yes, the unit has a wine cooler!

Feel free to wake up with the sea wave and sunrise on the master bedroom with a high-end king size wooden bed and a 50” wall mount flat TV. A roll away bed is also available for an extra guest.

Guest bedroom comes with a high-end wooden queen bed and a 39” wall mount flat TV. A crib is also included for parents with babies and toddlers!

Kids bedroom comes with a full size bed and a twin-size bed and a 32” wall mount flat TV.

Absolute gorgeous ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom, living room. From the balcony, you can watch the sea wave while kids play in the swimming pool and the hot tub.

WiFi and TV cable services are included.

Suntide II amenities also include: a beach side pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, a tennis court, and a BBQ area.

There cannot be a better physical location for South Padre Island Beach. This condo was wonderful, the floor plan was terrific for three crazy kids being far enough away from the wife and I. Balcony view was wonderful. Beach access was perfect, you actually save money because there is zero need to rent a golf cart. We had an absolutely terrific time and are looking forward to returning next year.

This condominium was awesome, the view of the beach was amazing and convenient to access. Being right next to the pool was also a plus, you can send the kids to the pool and sit in the back patio to watch them. There is plenty of room for guests including a fold away bed. We will definitely be booking again.

We spent 3 days over Thanksgiving. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious. The host was very easy to work with. We changed our days a couple of times and he was very accommodating. The heated pool was awesome the first day, but then it got a little cooler. The same happened with the hot tub. We still enjoyed it though.

Perfect location close to the beach plus easy to get to! Condo had everything we could need. Located on a 2nd floor but close to stairs and they have elevators. Beach chairs and cart were an added bonus that made our trip even better. Thanks Albert would definitely stay again!

Great family vacation

We spent a week at the condo. It was a family trip with kids 12-17. The 3-bedroom condo was perfect and had everything we needed for the stay. The only thing that would have made the stay better would have been a washer and dryer in the unit; although, the washer and dryer was just down the hall.

Great property, and excellent location!

Property maintenance is excellent, unit is as described in the pictures. Property manager communication was prompt and always responding within the minute. The amenities within complex made the stay complete.

Property was suitable overall. There were not many supplies in the unit upon arrival — no extra trash bags in the kitchen, no paper towels, no shampoo/conditioner, no dish washing soap and no working smoke detectors. The owner did respond promptly to my text and housekeeping brought over a small bottle of dish washing soap. As indicated in the listing, parking is proved for one vehicle on site. Street parking was VERY LIMITED and especially hard to find over the weekend. Also, pay particular attention to the listing. There in not a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit was very quiet. We were not bothered by noise from pool or from guests walking past the room.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. The building is a bit dated, but the property itself is maintained. The owner was very prompt in communication when a minor issue occurred and was incredibly kind throughout the stay. You can't beat the location! Steps from the beach and a great swimming pool that was cleaned each morning.
