Boasting a shared hot tub, room for up to eight guests, a shared pool, and tons of resort amenities, this is a vacation home that puts you right in the middle of the action. As one of the newest properties in the area, this townhome welcomes you with free WiFi to plan your next adventure and a private washer/dryer takes care of the laundry. Book an appointment at the full-service on-site spa, then unwind poolside. You can hit the gym and then soak your muscles in the shared hot tub, before whipping up a quick dish in the full kitchen. With access to a game room and a movie theater, your options for fun are endless. Treat yourself to a getaway filled with beachside moments, indulgent relaxation, and of course, sweeping ocean views when you book your stay at this South Padre Island gem.

Here, you'll be near the beach with easy access to local attractions. With a location just south of the Queen Isabella Causeway, seeing the sites won't be a hassle.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not always guarantee stable wifi services during your stay. This may also affect television streaming services.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located looking over the pool and only 100 yards to the beach. Beautiful views and it has everything you need for your stay but the food. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely rent this unit again when I come here again.

Great stay!!!

This is a great condo. It has three stories, mostly new furniture and a new grill at the time of our stay. It has a private single car garage at the lower level and a private hot tub. Concierge and staff was great and the exercise room was larger than most places with a large amount of newer/well maintained equipment. Kids loved the the theater and game room. Spouse enjoyed the onsite massage spa for a half day of pampering. The condo is right next to the amazing pool and very easy access to the beach which is about 100 yards from the end of the pool. There is also a larger community hot tub just a few feet away from the front door. This is a resort type atmosphere and I would recommend it to anyone.

Home was nice but the hot tub did not work properly.

The property was beautiful, the house was clean, well-furnished, well-stocked with needed appliances ....however ,whoever is maintaining the property for the owner is not doing their job. After several calls to the management company about the hot tub not working properly and not heating we'd simply gave up in using it after all the excuses were given.. They did end up waving a late check-out fee and gave us a $50 refund , but in my opinion considering what was spent to rent the property that was inadequate by all means. that is a sad way to do business It was not a good experience.
