The house was suitable for our family of 13 and our 1 dog, we fit comfortably and were able to have a great family Christmas. Whenever we had a question or issue the host Sarah and Julio were very responsive and got right back to us. The house sits right on the Tahoe Keys and the back yard was fully fenced so the kids could play and be safe, same with the dog being outside. We had 2 feet of snow so playing out in the snow was fun.

Great for family with teens

Lots of toys both in house and at water. No air conditioning with 100 degree temperatures only a small box fan with broken blade to move air. Not senior friendly or accessible. House is loaded with trip and fall hazards. Not nearly as nice as other rntals we have had in Keyes

Vacation rental

Absolutely love this rental great for a big family vacation home. With lots of extras in the house jacuzzi in master bed and outside and has spacious bathroom and double appliances in the kitchen. Also has games room and paddle bike for extra activities. You will love this place if you rent it worth every penny

This Rental was Amazing

The Tahoe Keys is a beautiful location for a family getaway. The house we rented was everything we expected and more. We stayed during a snow storm so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or the rooftop patio. My family definitely wants to come back during the summer so we can utilize the kayaks and boat rentals. The manager went above and beyond to make sure our experience was good. I give it 10 out of 10!

Good...but...

Take what I say with a grain of salt. Our group is very low maintenance and blue collar. We had tonsave to rent this house. I had three requirements...fit our large group, each couple have their own bedroom with normal size beds, and have a hot tub. This rental met those needs but...it wasn't perfect. Pros Huge house Kids have their own room and bathrooml Nice kitchen Pool table, shuffle board, ping pong Hot tub Plenty of towels Enough sitting room Nice backyard Easy check in EXCELLENT communication Cons A lot of wear and tear in the house (to the point I documented all the problems and texted the manager everytime I found something new). Holes in walls, scuff marks on walls, etc. Only one seat of the 4 seat hot tub had working jets and it wouldnt retain heat. We boiled pots of water to make it work for us. Cleanliness was ok. We found rice and a dog cookie in the couch (we didn't bring dogs or eat rice while there). The kitchen was updated but a handle was missing on one sink faucet, missing wheels on the dishwasher racks, garbage disposal not working. Master bath hot water faucet not working (manager came and repaired the next day). One bedroom is in the garage with a heater that makes horrible noise and the room is freezing in the winter and far from a bathroom. Would we rent this house again...maybe. It was a big expense for our large group. The holes in the walls didn't bother us but when the hot tub didn't work right and you couldn't fill the jetted master bath tub it was a bummer. We don't have hot tubs at home and it was one of the reasons we booked. So it met our needs but for the cost and the fact we splurged on a house we thought was going to be higher end....it disappointed a little. I would say 3.5 stars but that isn't an option.

Great house for big group

We had a lovely stay at this house. There is ample space for multiple families, a well stocked kitchen with two ovens and microwaves, two fridges, tons of toys for kids, a high chair and bath for babies, two great outdoor spaces for enjoying the Keys' views, comfortable beds, and an awesome garage turned game room. There was one bathroom that had some black mold, which we avoided by using other showers. Would definitely stay again!

Great place for a large family

We met my daughter and son with their families to spend a week together, plus our dogs. There was plenty for everyone to have a great time. The kids loved playing in the sand, dogs were safe in a fenced in yard, plenty of games to play. Julio was very responsive and gracious, he made sure we were taken care of and happy with our stay. We’d come back again.

Love the house and location

House is in a perfect area appliances could use a little help and they advertised three hot tubs and a steam room. Couldn’t get the steam room to work and the ONE hot tub is a two man and it was working hard to stay at 95 degrees. But overall we all had a great time and the rooms were excellent and the location could not be beat.

Beautiful place

This property was very clean, everything we needed was available. The beds were comfy. The big trikes in the water were fun to ride. Plenty of room for our entire family of 13. We fit very nicely and we were not over crowded. My only complaint is the onsite hot tub. It’s very small and gross and unusable as far as we were concerned. We have hot tubs at home so it was no biggie. But would have been nice for the kids. Everything else was wonderful and we actually have already rented out for next summer.

The only thing that was troublesome was the kitchen sink. There was barely any water pressure we had to always use the small sink by the stoves which was actually inconvenient. That needs to be corrected

Excellent family vacation house

The house was comfortable, entertaining, and in a perfect location. We had a full house for a post Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen was great for preparing large family meals, with double ovens/ranges and double dishwashers. The rooms were uniquely themed and comfortable. There were plenty of TVs, pool table, etc., to keep everyone entertained. The location was near shopping and casinos. A perfect place for a family or friends getaway. We will book this house again.

Great time inTahoe.

The house and yard, and dock were great for our family. A few things that need to be addressed are these. There was no way to lock the back door. We used chairs and bungee chords. The sofa under the window had a broken leg. Attempts were made to replace the dishwasher were not successful. We had a great time though!

Family Vacation

We had a family reunion at this home, there were 14 total during the stay. We gave this location a 3 star for the reasons listed below. I would like to give a huge thank you to the property manager as he was extremely helpful and very responsive any time we had reached out. -The property is located in a good area, there are rules that are implemented that we were not aware of and likely would have affected our decision to stay had we been aware. The rules if violated carry a heavy fine of $1000/per occurrence should you be cited for one. A few of these are: -unable to park on street, we could park 4 in the drive way and if needed we could use garage for 2 more however there is a very large and extremely heavy pool table in that garage. The neighbors do park on the street and the neighbor directly across parked a very large boat on the street directly across from the driveway which made it difficult for us to back out. -there is a strict 9pm Mon-Thur curfew that you cannot be in yard/back yard or in hot tub and the curfew is 10pm Fri-Sat. -16 persons can be in house at a time, cannot have additional guests if you go over 16 you can be fined and evicted, so if you are visiting friends- you wouldn't be able to have them over for a meal, etc. -There are surveillance cameras in the front and back yard- we were a bit uncomfortable at times about that as we felt like we may be getting observed/privacy issue. -There are no curtains in the upstairs bathroom- we had to drape a towel in the window for privacy -The pool in pictures is not in immediate area and is per person and is either a per day fee or a weekly fee, the current weekly fee is $30/pp -The home decor and mattresses are dated with the exception of the Master suite which is absolutely beautiful There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, large fridge and another fridge in garage as well. The outdoor area is nice a lot of seating and relaxing. There are plenty of linens for towels,etc and a washer and dryer which is very handy. We had a very nice time in the area and at the home. We rent often with travel and have not had the significant rules that were at this location and seemed to be particular to the home vs the rest of the community standards. This is a good location to the area and we did do a lot of recreation along the lake and hiking trails.

Weekend with friends

The house was great and the management company was superb. Everything was as expected. Great hot tub and outdoor grill. Worth noting that one of the bedrooms is actually in the garage and is not as climate controlled as the rest of the house during our chilly April stay!

Would definitely come back!

My family enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for everyone. The only issues I had was only the one television downstairs worked. And the Wifi wouldn't connect. I really didnt mind, but it was hard to watch football and the world series. The kids electronics wouldnt connect to wifi. But like I said, didnt bother me too much! I would definitely recommend this home!
