With the Heavenly Ski Resort a mere mile away and the excitement of the casinos 1.6 miles from your doorstep, this is the perfect home base for your Tahoe Adventure.

Step into a warm and inviting living space that combines comfort and style. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace and a sofa that easily converts into a fold-out bed, providing sleeping arrangements. This is the perfect solution for families or groups of friends. Enjoy your favorite streaming shows on the two mounted-screen smart TVs. A Nintendo gaming system features all of your old favorites from the 80s and 90s! Admire the views of the surrounding nature on the private balcony overlooking the lawn, pines, and the pool/hot tub. There are also tennis courts to use, a sauna, and 1000' of private beach for Lakeland guests only.

The kitchen features a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It has granite countertops and is well-equipped for all cooking needs including, a blender, toaster, and coffeemaker.

The bedroom has a comfortable California King bed with soft linens. The bathroom has sleek granite counters, combining beauty and functionality effortlessly whether your heading out on the town or to the beach. New triple-pane windows and two sliding glass doors are to be installed in 2023. Both guest WIFI and unit private WIFI are available. Air Conditioning is also available.

Lake Link is a microtransit shuttle system. The free on-demand system will operate 365 days per year.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
