Lake Tahoe fun for the extended family and dogs -- this home features a hot tub, a large outdoor deck, and plenty of space for families to spread out. A four-bedroom, three-bath, large and quaint farm-style home that is unique to Lake Tahoe, perfect for making memories.

This home cannot host more than 8 adults, 10 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

Nestled in the heart of South Lake Tahoe in a quiet forested neighborhood, this inviting retreat serves as your ideal base for both adventure and relaxation. Just moments away from the shimmering waters of Lake Tahoe and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. El Dorado Beach, shopping, and Heavenly Ski Resort are all just a few miles away.

The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a French door fridge/freezer, 6-burner gas range, GE fridge, and dishwasher. The living room has a gas fireplace with a 65" Smart TV and Sonos sound system. The dining table seats 9, plus 2 stools at the kitchen counter. Lots of board games are available.

This home does not have air conditioning.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval; additional fee required. No other animals are allowed. Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended and the yard is not fenced. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).

No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.
