The kitchen boasts gleaming countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for home cooking, plus a dishwasher for quick cleanup. The dining table accommodates at-home meals with seating for six. Happy hour entertainment awaits in the game parlor complete with a six-person poker table and wall-mounted Connect4. In the evenings, cozy up around the gorgeous gas fireplace for shows and movies on the smart TV.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
Due to life-threatening allergies to dogs, pets are not permitted on the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
