This home does not have AC.

The view of Lake Tahoe through the wall of windows is jaw-dropping. Natural light fills the main living room where your crew will relax on the sectional seating, warm up by the gas fireplace, or enjoy movie nights together in front of the 86” big screen!

The kitchen is a chef’s paradise with/ all new stainless steel appliances, including double ovens & a 6-burner gas stove. Grab a drink from the beverage cooler & pull up one of the 4 seats at the kitchen island.

The dining table for 8 sits beneath a gorgeous wagon wheel chandelier. To dine out, step through the sliders & out onto the patio where you will find a dining table for 4 & an unforgettable blue lake backdrop.

After the sun sets, rest your head in one of this home’s 5 luxurious beds. The primary bedroom is downstairs, featuring a king bed & attached walk-through bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor, BDs 2 & 3 have queen beds. BD 4 features a full bed & sliding wall windows to overlook the main living space. The 2nd floor BA is complete with/ a shower/tub combo. The 3rd floor loft has a queen bed & ensuite bathroom w/ step-in shower. All sleeping spaces have 40” Smart TVs with/ cable app.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.
All the linens and towels for your use in the home & at the beach are provided.

There is a nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental in walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

Absolutely delightful property and worth the premium cost. The beach is connected to the back deck right outside the back door. The place was extremely clean on arrival, modern, and in great shape. Host left comprehensive instructions, including any easy to digest tip sheet on the fridge. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks.

Wonderful

We had the most amazing stay at this Lake Tahoe VRBO! The view from the deck was absolutely stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking in the beauty of the lake and mountains. The house had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfortable beds. It was also really easy to get to all the places we wanted to explore—whether it was hiking trails, the lake, or local spots to eat. This place truly felt like a home away from home!

Beach side condo, supplied with all the recreational toys necessary, beautiful Tahoe view, lovely deck for eating and watching the kids enjoy the beach and lake. Couldn't be better.

Great Unit, Perfect Location

Loved our stay in this unit. The unit was as pictured and described. Enjoyed being steps from the lake and just a short walk to the pool. The Lakeland Village community is perfectly situated in South Lake Tahoe, allowing easy access to the lake, shopping, casinos and all outdoor activities Tahoe has to offer.

Clean & relaxing space

This listing was perfect for our group of friends to stay in on our ski trip. It was a short drive into town to reach the gondola or other amenities of the Heavenly town. It was also a short drive to the Heavenly base. The space was large enough for each of to have our own rooms and the kitchen came in handy when it came to whipping up breakfast. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

I've stayed at a lot of places in Tahoe, and this deserves 6 stars. The view really is as beautiful as the pictures. The windows are huge and completely see-through. The place is well outfitted with cooking supplies for a group. And the place is just nice -- must have been remodeled relatively recently, as everything feels completely modern. We loved it!

Property was wonderful and suited our needs. RnR management was very easy to deal with and timely with notifications and responses. Although the property had certainly been upgraded the front door and dishwasher both needed attention while we were there. We were disappointed that despite the property not being rented the night before our arrival the cleaning/inspection didn’t take place until the afternoon of our arrival. We realize the normal check in time was 4 pm but, given the circumstances, it would have been nice to be able to check in much earlier.

Waterfront beauty

This condo is in beautiful condition. Well appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms. Unobstructed views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Only negative is the convoluted wi-fi/internet situation. Very old school and annoying. Also, had to spend a lot of time to get TVs working. That could be improved for sure. Would recommend this unit without reservation unless you really need good internet service.

This place was amazing. The views alone were worth it. Townhouse was fully upgraded and beautiful.

Would love to book again next time. Perfect location and gorgeous views. Everything was excellent. Very spacious for a townhouse. We had adults and one baby with us. Worked out perfect.

Great Location and Size

We took our first family vacation to Lake Tahoe and loved this property. It’s updated and very clean. The view of the Lake is gorgeous and the proximity to Heavenly Mountain, the California Lodge and shopping is great. RnR had wonderful communication with us and was able to even get us baby gear in the middle of the blizzard. Our family highly recommends this property!

Beyond all expectations

This property was amazing with amazing views. Everything was brand new state of the art. Every need for our Super Bowl party was available in the kitchen and bar. All the best appliances. Just amazing for the 8 of Us. Very roomy. 1 mile to the gondola. Just can’t say enough good things about this condo. Thank you for doing such a great job

Had to leave 3 days early because of bad weather, road closures, and mountain ski lifts were closed

The property was excellent. 5 bedrooms. great location and looks exactly like the pictures. would have loved the patio to be shoveled so we could use it. had to leave 3 days early due to horrible weather and pending road closures etc. Would suggest buying insurance at this time or put on AMEX.

Birthday Celebration

This property is amazing! Highly recommend for family/ friends get together. Beds are comfortable, unit is clean and fully remodeled. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment to cook amazing meals. We will be back for sure and will pass on the property information to our friends and family.

Amazing place

We rented this property for a family vacation. It was just as pictured. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. We walked out onto patio, down a few steps and we were on the beach. The view was great and the sunset was beautiful.

Beautiful Scenery and very beautiful home

This house was equipped with everything in mind.very cleaned and great location. The only down fall is two rooms out of four don’t have closets and the beds and pillow were very hard. But the rest was very well kept.

Great location and remodel!

We loved the location and all the new updates made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The bedrooms and loft made it easy for everyone in our family to have their own space. Each had a tv and the bathrooms had nice finishes. We would love to stay again.

So you know how when u book a rental and you just sit back and cross ur fingers that the place you reserved is gonna meet your expectations?? Especially a newly remodeled one because you have no other reviews to base ur decision on! Well this was the one ! This was the one that we had no clue if it was gonna be what we had planned for … this one had no reviews since is was a new remodel! So we just decided to dive head first holding our breath that the pictures and the location was gonna be what we expected! And now that we have spent the week here I MUST let you know that it was ALL THAT AND MORE ! This place is perfect in ever way ! The views r spectacular and the location is perfect! There were 8 adults on our trip and we all had plenty of space and everything you could want ! So if your looking @ this rental do not hesitate on this one for lack of reviews cause u will not be disappointed! RNR rentals was so helpful and was on point with this one ! Thank me later ;)
