Plus, the free WiFi and flatscreen TV will have everyone entertained until it is time to hit the hay!

Located mere steps from the white sandy shore of Lake Tahoe, this home is in a perfect spot to make the most of your days away. After boating, fishing, or swimming right outside, take an afternoon to check out the vibrant shops and eateries in town. Venture out a bit and you can find yourself skiing to your heart's content at Heavenly Mountain Resort, less than two miles from your front door. Not to mention, hiking, biking, and golfing are all great options as well!

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Ski shuttle details: The shuttle will take you to Heavenly and/or the casinos.
Hours are: (8am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am-Midnight Friday & Saturday).; The hours may change.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
